Wrong. Every PS3 on the planet will play any PS3 disc game. PS3 has no region system for games, but some games will only have DLC support in regions where the disc was expected to be distributed.

lol i don't think so... every time i try to update it, it either takes forever to move a tiny little millimeter or it fails
