what is that red lines? is it groups? i mean in the layer field? what are they good for? and how do you select to color in the hair zone, i mean you dont paint out side the hair!! i need help

Above your base color, make a new layer, and hit the layer clip/clipping group square. That way you can paint without going outside any lines. :3

Very very cute, and very well done for your second. The only thing that bothers me slightly is the head. It's a little too big to fit on that small body frame. It may look better if its sized down a bit in your next chibi. Amazing work overall.
