Thank You g8trman77 ! I saw this on ABC when it 1st aired. I remembered the balloons being batted out by Alice. Deja Vu ! (I was 10) My sister got Billion Dollar Babies for her birthday the following year and didn't really like it. - MINE!

According to my cassette of this when it originally aired, the video (or PROMO, as they were called back then!) of "Elected" was shown prior to the "School's Out" performance.  Do you have this?
