You see that a restaurant is touristic when you see specialities from many italian cities in the same place. If they have lasagne (bologna), caprese(naples), tortellini (romagna), gnocchi alla sorrentina (campania), it's usually a tourist trap. if you want to eat lasagne you gotta find an all bologna restaurant, and you eat good lasagne.
