i don't know the brand for this one but it looks like a pentel brush pen.

theres a small canister of ink inside it c: and puts it on a brush :D pentel made theses pens but idk if they still make em today though.

It's called a brush pen, I've seen them at Jetpens (online store)

thats a water brush pen

You can get them cheap on ebay. I've never actually seen them in the art store near me. They are called Pentel Color Brushes, and they are individually packaged. The water brush pens are completely different you have to add pigment to them. Just letting you know, in case you haven't found it yet.
