I now wear earplugs and noise reducing headphones at the same time, my brother told me that he turns on static or white noise on his radio. :/
I wonder if their is any form of soundproofing that I could use to put over my headphones???

I think the law should protect people who shoot dead noisy neighbours. There is now medical evidence to show that persistent noisy neighbours slowly kill those disturbed by them through increased risks of heart attacks and stokes, possibly also certain cancers, and not least, the increased risk of accidents due to tiredness. Three official warnings with confirmation, and then any neighbour should be allowed to take matters into their own hands.

Don't put up with it, it can be bad for your health, happened when my dad was ill with a stroke and when my mum just came out of hospital, the neighbours would just blast their music loud or grind their car like some dentist drill.

well we live in a 'family' area... no noise after 11, but they do anyways.. and pretty much any noise after 9 am... Almost anything wakes me up and it pisses me off because i told them to knock it off and i told the management, and well.. nothings been done.. grrr
You're not alone. ever since these people moved in next door, all you hear is doof doof doof,not loud music but that doesn't matter because I can still hear the base. Worse still it's not every night so I can't drift off in case it starts up. Oh it gets better! When they have a party they crank it right up and you're lucky if it's off by 12:30. Then they discovered fireworks, not little crackers, but commercial-grade. New years they were still letting them off at 1:00am, a whole freakin hour
