Rareware has always always always had beautiful and very memorable music. From Donkey Kong Country to Banjo-Kazooie, every single piece was an instant masterpiece. Rareware is a wonderful company..especially in their music.

This is my favorite Viva Pinata song, it really sounds outstanding.

Though it definitely sounds familiar from something else... I don't know what Twin Peaks is (like some people are saying it sounds like) but personally it reminds me of Jurassic Park music , especially the part around 2:00 to 2:14 i think. Lol.

Ah, Kirkhope.

Easily my favorite video game composer, and this here is one of his best. This and his collab with Beanland on Banjo were a good note to end on for his stay at Rare.

Not a fan of Big Huge Games, but I'm definitely keeping an eye out for anything this guy does in the future.

I'm sure the melody is the same as in the synth bassline of the Twin Peaks theme.

Plus it's more prominent in another Twin Peaks song, I just can't place it.
