Kudos to Mr. McCully for exposing the labyrinth route that subsidized monies take via the CDM and how these 'carbon credits' really open a new horizon for private business and government to deceive and literally pay 'offsets' to themselves in some cases(Al Gore being just one of many) Thank you for raising the awareness for the average person although strong oversight will probably occur when a big company or branch of government is exposed for mass scale fraud under the 'green' stamp no less...
