But is there any proof at all where it says we cannot be vegetarians? Many Muslim are vegetarians you are aloud to be a vegetarian aslong as you have a permissible reason.

@dilawer321 did you not read my last comment.. muslims were told to pray 5 times a day AFTER the Quran and we all know the story of when the Prophet PBUH went to Allah and he told the Prophet PBUH we must pray 5 times a day. there is no proof that it is a sin to be a vegetarian. thats the stupidest thing ive ever heard anyone say.

The point was, it was a stupid question you asking me for a DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE QURAN that you have to eat meat, as you should know half of islam is not in the quran, islam is quran and sunnah, im not here to teach you your religion but if you do study islam you will see that you are not truly following muhammad and islam if you are a vegetarian

Can you please explain your reasoning as to why following the Sunnah of the prophet PBUH would be LITERALLY impossible in this day and age.

I find that VERY hard to believe and, in fact, a very poor cop out considering it is us ourselves that weaken our Iman and make excuses to ourselves as to why we can't pray Salaat today or why we can't fast today.........

He is merley pointing out Mike Tyson's mistake in his life of jahiliya (the tattoo) and pointing out we should learn from his mistakes. Like he says no disrespect because he is a Muslim brother of ours. Point being,if Tyson done in this Jahiliya why do we seek to become Jahil?
