@HiddenCaveMan Motorcycles aren't the problem, although there are always a few moronic riders out there. ;-)
@soccermomd00d You may have been fine riding in the front of your Dad's truck back then but were there any distracted cell phone-using drivers on the roads back then as there are now?
@gmbtowing87, how tragic would it be if the same first / second grader flew through the window or was paralyzed because of improper seat belt positioning?
I rode around in the front seat of my dad's airbag-less truck with the shoulder belt BEHIND me when I was little and I'm still here. My dad knew how to drive, and at the time, my home town wasn't packed with idiots who, well, don't know how to drive.
@soccermomd00d How many serious accidents were you in? I'm guessing by your comment that the answer is 0. You were one of the lucky ones. Why would someone not want maximum safety for their child against the number one killer of children?

This is a good video. I see a lot of bigger kids who are riding without booster seats w/the belt too high on the neck.

wtf? How embarassing would it to to have to ride in a car seat in first and second grade when your mom gives your friends a ride home from school!

Great video! The headrest on the 2nd booster shown needs to go up for that child. :)

So cool that they got Stephanie Tombrello in this video... she's an expert on child passenger safety! WTG HONDA!

I'm a child passenger safety technician and this video is very well done. Thanks honda! Makes me proud to be a honda only family. :)

Is this real life?
I watched Honda's eHarmony parody and when I saw this thumbnail I thought they were doing a David after Dentist parody.

In all seriousness this is excellent information on the placement of the belt on a child. Peace, HCM
