  • nice work, go heavy!

  • @tdemaree

Thanks bro - I will slowly increase the weights over the next few sessions...probably go with 395 lbs next time out, if everything feels decent.

  • warmups are looking easier.. ull be ready for the bigger weights in a week or so

  • @PowerlifterTy16

Yeah, we'll see how the next workout feels...might go up to 395 lbs...we'll see how the warm ups feel/look.

    Thanks.

  • @I2idiculous

  • @BRETZERR what program do you follow? im trying to reach the 405 barrier, im following the 11 week workout mon and fri

  • those warmups look easyer every video man!

  • @bomdigi1

That's the idea my friend...that's the idea. I really gage my feeling that day by the speed on the warm ups. I watch them back to see what weights to select for the next set. If 360 lbs looks slow on the vid, I won't go any heavier. Also, there are times where the weight felt slow, but the vid showed my I was faster then I thought...

It's a good tool. Hopefully more weight to come!

  • @BRETZERR yes i know what you mean about watching yourself perform the movement, has helped me to seeing it in a 3rd persons view.

  • pump it up pump it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MikehHinkle

Thanks bro - I appreciate the comment.

  • For a comfortable day, you still came out with prs, good job.

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert

Yeah, that's just because it is a newer movement to the routine...nothing special. Thanks though...

  • so do you do 1 active rest day between each CNS intensive workout? or how do you do it?

  • @ttorzzz

I really just play it by ear...if I am feeling sluggish/weak I will take an easy day like this. If on the next workout I am still feeling that way, or slightly better, then I will take another day like this...and so on until I feel fresh again.
