He inherited the worse economy since the depression when he got in office. Unless you make more than 250k a year, you are a democrat by default. The country is NOT safer. And Reagan inherited the worst economy since the depression. Again i don't know where you got the notion that income affects political registry. After the 2000 tech bubble the country was supposed to face a difficult time but the bush administration turned its back and allowed the bankers to raid the homes of the poor and the middle class and that created a bubble in the housing market so the 2008 crash was a double effect.

@Blizeful maybe, but not in the way your thinking. sub-section 1021 would override any unlawfull detention of a US citizen without provocation of war crimes, plus any local, state, federal, or constitutional law would instantly override side act, in the case were any judge determans the detention is unlawful. any lawer could tell you. its only the wording that sounds bad, but actual implimentation would be very different. lol i love having a law degree XD
