  • i am one of your avid followers..and i consider myself already a good cook....and yet marami pa rin akong recipes na natutuhan sa yo. thanks...you are a BIG help...comment ko lang marami rami na rin naman kasi ang nag rerequest na isama mo na sa vid ang measurements....ang lagi sagot mo eh for them to look it up sa site mo.....you go all the way out to research for these recipes and to put it into video.....why not nga naman include na the measurements? i'm sure marami kang mapapasaya.....

  • soft, unlike any other cookie dough. Here's what I think. Since chocolate in blocks already has fat, it adds up to the melting point of the cookie, which is probably y most of us is complaining that our cookies being flat and unlike yours. Next time I will be redoing this. I will remove the melted semisweet chocolate and calculate the amount of sugar, which sweetens the chocolate, and hopefully the cookies will b rounder like the picture.

  • ok i actually tried this recipe since it's my favorite since my childhood

    I found the crinkles to be too chocolatetey for the "ones I've had before. I was actually hesitant at first when i read the recipe and saw that it had too much chocolate. But I followed the recipe as indicated anyways. So after I chilled the dough (on the freezer b/c I wanted to make the dough workable ASAP) but then i didn't get to bake at that day, so I decided to do it tomorrow. As soon as i did, the dough was still

Its mejo soft on the inside but it still has that specific bite. :) Its almost chewy kaya I think super heavenly itong recipe na to! :) Thanks for sharing, Vanjo! :)

  • Thanks sa lahat ng recipes, kac lahat ng ginawa ko ay talagang masarap, salamat naman at kung hindi dahil sa mga recipe mo ay hindi ako ma tututong mag bake at gumawa ng mga tipical foods sa atin, 31 yrs na akong hindi na kakain ng mga native foods sa atin, patina ang mga cakes at sweets sa atin, nga yon alam ko ng gawain expert na akong gumawa ng pilipino foods at mga cakes.
