  • All the industry in any profession is made up of workers, wash outs. Not everyone is cut out to work in certain industries due to skill set and fire in their belly. Or not.

  • lol...love it.. i can't stand the realty industry. I live in Vancouver, and people typically pay $500k for 500 sq. ft. condo with no view.

  • /watch?v=PWGyvq76jyQ

  • The economy problem in Real Estate is due to people buying homes that couldn't afford, with credit they didn't have. Stop blaming other people. I work hard for my money and IM NOT A CROOK!

  • We need to point out to those ridiculous, uninformed "Customers" they are not day to day Realtors educated about the market, working diligently on their behalf or we lose our license and livelyhood. We have more miles on our car than an over the road trucker. Spend more time weeding out propaganda to be sure you aren't wasting your time. We will take the stupid phone call at night, family events, vacations, because there is little chance you have any loyalty if we don't jump.

  • That is an ass comment, it wasnt the realtors it was the appraisers and lenders. RESEARCH, besides if you accept a 10% commission for a Realtor you are retarded.

  • That was dumb.

  • IDK what nightmare someone thinks they went through with a Realtor! 1) It's illegal for Realtors to not disclose what they know. 2) Can't buy a house for more than it appraises for, that is unless the bank appraises it for more than it's value (oops, that's the banks fault) 3) Anyone who buys a house and doesn't check into the neighborhood is a MORON! Fair Housing Laws prevent Realtors from disclosing anything about a neighborhood (oops, that's the gov'ts fault).

  • Man Baba, You need to get a life!

  • The purchaser looksl like Sarah Palin, and dances like her too!

  • @jizzmonger I thought the same thing. I am also high on spice

  • There are many good agents out there you have to do your homework. Many people do not understand what crap agents have to put up with dealing with buyers and sellers who lie. If you don't like your agent fire them.

  • BabaKrywy, I echo other comments. Unfortunately, it sounds like perhaps you encountered one or two bad apples, which exist in any industry. So ask for and check references any time you are hiring someone to work for you. I hope you have a wonderful day.

  • @tikikris One or two bad apples? I have NEVER met an agent that had anything substantive to say. Every conversation is laced with innuendos about how it's a great time to buy (heard this a LOT at the peak of the bubble, those morons), how it's a great time to sell, or how it's a GREAT time to both buy AND sell.

The industry is a cartel. Realtors are overpaid scumbags.

  • @stinkypoon: Then you haven't met many realtors. And overpaid? What a joke. We work our ASSES off. We are experts in the local market, on pricing, on marketing, and on negotiation. We also spend plenty of our own money marketing your property (which is what gets it sold). If someone tells you it's a great time to sell OR buy, they are stupid. It's either one or the other.

  • @nattyj44 The more realtors I meet, the more my opinion is confirmed. They are salespeople, scumbags, and part of a cartel. NAR is a criminal enterprise and the entire system is set up to create a conflict of interest. When have you ever heard a realtor NOT say "now's a great time to buy"? How many of YOUR clients have you said an iteration of that to that have since gone into foreclosure or are severely underwater?

  • @stinkypoon When have i ever heard a realtor NOT say "now's a good time to buy"? Um, when it's NOT a good time to buy. How many of my clients have I said that to have been foreclosed on? NONE. There ya go. I pride myself on my honesty, whether it's in business or in my personal life. Why on earth would I lie to a client? My job is to do what's in their best interests. If I don't make any money, so be it. I'm not hurting that bad.

  • @nattyj44

The RE industry is terribly corrupt. It's only a shade different from the mafia. NAR is a parasite to this country. I cannot wait for the day to come that they get broken apart for violating the Sherman Antitrust Act. The cartel promotes stupidity amongst its cockroack minions. They deserve to perish.

  • Does the dancing character remind anyone else of Sarah Palin?

  • Most people are idiot's do you qualify BabaKrywy

  • Realtors do not ruin the economy by doing their job. Bankers do not ruin the economy by doing their job. Economists do not ruin the economy by doing their job. The economy runs in a cycle of ups and downs. Most Realtors, Bankers and Economists are in the same predicaments as the people they served in an up cycle because the economy works for no one.

  • Does anyone else think the potential buyer kind of dances like Gilly? :) Funny!

  • Guess what I am a realtor and this is true and I love cheating people!!!!

  • Honestly, realtors need go get a sense of humor! This is great!!!!

  • lol...this is sooo funny. Im gonna check out that website and try 2 make a movie...! Thanks 4 sharing this...Good stuff.

  • Hey this is funny as a stereotypic spoof. As with any industry there are good as well as bad apples in that barrel.

I have seen real estate agent like Wanda, however, I have seen more not like Wanda. We always remember the bad and evil not the good and kind. Who was The Helmsley Charitable Trust's Only the top giver to charity in 2008. Badness and evil is easier to sell than goodness and kindness. Just my thoughts. I may be right and again I may not be right...it really doesn't matter.

  • Realtors are disgusting, they should be put in camps

  • Real Estate folks do NOT make a penny until the escrow

closes. They should RUN the CAMPS we keep crooked

Judges and LawLiars in... they collect Fees up front

for "PrACTTICING" Law, they never get quite right. Put Atty. and judges in Camps, Gitmo is too good for them.

  • I agree with Baba.. GOD realtors make me sick

  • @BabaKrywy LOL I only WISh I could make people buy a home through some kind of mind control. :) Or even to DEMAND a commission. Pardon me while I ROTFL.

  • @BabaKrywy That's too bad you blame Realtors. They do not set the price, create loans or provide any financial information. Honestly, you have been misled to untrue information. Sorry about that!

  • @BabaKrywy

Realtors are responsible for making people buy homes they can't afford? Really? What color is the sky in your world?

  • @BabaKrywy don't blame the realtors blame the people who took loans stuffed down their throats by the lenders and banks approving people that never should have been approved. The Realtor is not the escrow office nor the lender who knows your assets. They just do the job you ask for and after 6 months of work the paycheck is the equivalent of $29, per year for the average real estate agent. You are misguided. Hope this clears it up for you.

  • @BabaKrywy - Yeah... it's always someone elses fault when you do something stupid. Anyone who's losing their house only need look in the mirror to see whos stupid decisions got them there. Seriously.

  • @BabaKrywy:

um, that was mortage lenders. We, as realtors, don't know what your DTI ratios are and what you can really afford. The mortgage lenders are the ones who have access to this knowledge and granted the high risk loans.

Crooks, my ass. None of you people know the amount of work that goes into marketing your home and negotiating offers, and then once it goes to title, the followup work we have to do regarding inspections, keeping on top of the lenders, and the title company.

  • @BabaKrywy : Oh, and I'm glad you were able to sell your own home. That's not doable for everyone. I just recently listed and sold a home for someone who was trying to sell it themselves. I didn't solicit them, either. She worked at my kid's school, and saw my email address has "realtor" in it, and approached me. They tried to sell for nearly a year on their own. I listed it and sold it in about 45 days. It was worth the money they paid me, in their eyes.

  • @BabaKrywy

I assume that you also save money by pulling your own teeth.

  • @BabaKrywy Yeah those damn Realtors.... taking people out at gun-point to buy things they cannot afford. LOL

  • That is a lot of BULL! Try being a realtor in this challenging market dealing with eejits such as the ones that made comments above.

There are bad apples in every barrel - go find the deal and do the contract yourself and see how time consuming PLUS it needs intelligence - obviously the person who posted this you tube video is SEVERELY LACKING IN BOTH AREAS!!!

  • lol was that sarah palin shakin her booty as "wanda"?

  • This is why there is a real estate crisis in this country.

  • Excellent... This is what realtors are really like
