if you dont mind learning 42507 algoritms you can orient all the pieces, (they will still be in oppisite layers), then use an algorithm to solve it.

I'm learning COLL for 3x3, are there any specific cases you can think of it'd be good to relearn as CLL for 2x2? Because I don't want to relearn 40 algorithms, but I don't want to use algs that are way too slow.

@1234fivesixseven8 there are 57 cases for full OLL, which I already know. COLL solves orientation and permutation of corners while preserving edge orientation, and there are *only* 40 cases. CLL does not give a damn about edge orientation because there are no edges on 2x2.

As for methods with a ton of cases, I believe you're thinking of 1LLL, which no one knows and it's quite frankly insane.

Thats not to say lots of algs is a bad thing. After im done with COLL im going for ZBF2L and maybe ZBLL.

i just got a 2x2 cube 3 days ago and am very nooby. i use my own made up method (if you can call it a method) which is just basically common sense. anyways i want to get faster results around 15 seconds maybe, what method would you guys recommend? keep in mind i don't know any algorithms to start and would be better if it was the easiest method.
