Besides, according to common scripture, eve was made from adam. Doesn't that make eve, adam's clone? - and therefore of the same sex, and since they had children it suggests asexual reproduction. So since man and woman were the same, that means that woman can't be blamed for eating the apple first and god is apparently fine with same sex relationships.

Excuse a fellow Swede, but... Why is it wrong? Because of Leviticus 18:22, that is clearly a church scripture? Come on, there's a load of BS in the Bible, such as you shouldn't wear clothes made of different materials and stuff. Also, as an atheist, I still get to marry IN CHURCH just because I happen to be stragiht, although I don't belive any of the supernatural things that christians do. Isn't that weird?

I know that 2 wrongs don't make 1 right according to any kind of logic or philosophy, but... According to one part of the bible, I think it's called like the ten commandments or something, God doesn't want you to work on sundays. Still, every priest that I know goes to work, in the very church, on sundays.

My point: "God's will" is often more about "human interpretation" than actual bibletext.

Since I've heard several people - all who have claimed to have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior - claiming to know what is the will of God when it comes to gay marriage, and they all still "quote" different opinions about it, I still tend to believe that the truth lies more in the eye of the beholder than in a word that they've heard from some supreme being.
