i was on wikipedia recently reading about the back story of ayana.

you see, ayana's father raped kasumi's mother, which is technically his cousin. her father was banished from the village but ayana was allowed to stay. however because ayana was born of incest she was treated like dirt while kasumi was treated like a princess. this angered ayana which lead to her training and becoming even more powerful then kasumi or perhaps most poeple in the game. but eventually she learns to forgive.

@p6mkq I've heard a few people say she's hard to master, but I don't get why. She has lots of good mixups, mostly 2-hits, she is fast, and I do well with her. I've not had much trouble with her; it's easy to keep the opponent guessing I find. I don't mean to sound like a dick - people say Kasumi is easy to play, but I have real trouble getting the hang of her. What's supposed to be tricky about Ayane?
