The one in the trailer is in Bb but the jimmy kimmel one is in C. I doubt Ryan knows how to transpose, so the version he does in the trailer is probably this tab you just put up, but played on a larger uke in a different tuning.

nevermind scratch that last question i think i figured out that little ending thing. you use A#(3211) and whatever (3210) is. im gona show u the amount of times u hit each chord. for the sake of learning this, lets call A# A and lets call the other chord B. you hit: A AA AAA ABBBA. strumming strokes i use is D DU UDU DUDUD. *note D = Downstroke, U = Upstroke. this shuld be enuff for u to get the rhythm down. im getting nit picky but some of u really like this song so ya

most of it sounds right, good work and thanks. u helped me out a lot. but in the order of the chords, the 11th chord used, that being Dm(2210) should be a F7/A(2310). and for the very end when you hit the chords individually and slowly all is correct except instead of A#(3211) Dm(2210) C7(0001) Dm(2210) A#(3211) it should be A#(3211) Dm(2210) C7(0001) F7/A(2310) A#(3211). only difference being F7/A instead of the Dm

and as a suggestion for a picking pattern for the very end when slowly picking the notes of the chords instead of hitting the notes from top to bottom i prefer this. hold each appropriate chord and pick the following strings: e,g,b,e. mess with it however, just something to think about to mix it up.
