Stunning performance of this dramatic little masterpiece by Mozart. You should name the musicians, Gil and Orli Shaham, to give them the credit they deserve.
Ce que j'aime chez les violonistes professionnels, c'est que le violon semble totalement maîtrisé; comme si c'était enfin le musicien qui avait une parfaite emprise sur son instrument et non l'inverse.
One of Mozart's more dramatic first movements, very striking - as a matter of fact, BOTH instrumentalists are doing quite a lot of "striking" of their "axes" here!
Still, it IS a "Wolfie-Wonder" of a piece, and so has plenty of point/counterpoint, as well as some sweet moments, such as @2:15 or so - for about 25 seconds.
Thanks so much for posting this great 'live' version!
Amazing! I don't I can even come close to their skill, though for a competition this March with the same piece..

A fantastic performance by both performers. This has to be one of the best performances particularly of the piano part ever. A revelation

Some people want young white females to mix with non-white males.
I made a one-minute video highlighting a very tiny sample of race-mixing advertisements.
I love white people, and I am opposed to race-mixing. But I do not hate non-whites.
If you click on my name “autumntree2011” highlighted in blue below this comment, you can watch my video.

Is she using left pedal sometimes, e.g. at 5:37? Those are some gorgeous pianissimos.

@Caramellatta I would say so. Because when I play this peice with my friend, I always use the Una Corda to create that beautiful Pianissimo sound.

by far the most inspired version I ever heard....even Perlman/Barenboim can't compete!
it reminds me of Mozart words: love, love, love, that is the soul of genius....
