Asking "WHY IS THERE SUCH A GAP?" isn't an argument, it's a question.
Imagine for a moment that you were arguing with a white supremacist. Imagine if they said that white people are smarter than black people, and when you ask them why they think that they respond by saying "WHY IS THERE SUCH A GAP?" Would you accept that as an argument? If not, then why is it a valid argument in your situation? What's the difference?
Now first of all you have asked me countless ?'s which I have answered with no objection. But the second I pose a few you seem to accuse me of no longer posing an argument. Your example doesnt have any purpose seeing as how I have answered everything. Now your example actually applies more to you. I have stated my argument (RESOURCES). Now Im wondering why these questions are so difficult or misleading to you.
JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE IS POOR AND HAPPENS TO BE BLACK DOESN'T MEAN THAT BEING BLACK HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT. You can't give me one example of why being black is the cause of anything, and you even just admitted yourself that it's not the reason. Well thankyou for admitting that what I've been saying this entire time is right. STOP GROUPING PEOPLE BY RACE FOR NO REASON. You wouldn't group them by hair color or eye color. So why are you grouping them by race?
Wow so you really have not been looking at anything I have said. See if I would have said blacks are poor because they are black then you can call me on it. However, that has not been the basis for my argument at any point. This grouping you speak of does have significance because those who are more likely to be disenfranchised are black. Just answer one of my questions. Why is there this gap economically and socially between blacks and whites? Just answer me that.
Also grouping is something that takes place everyday. I was once told that blacks have to be recognized as such, because if you do not then ppl such as yourself will begin to think that things are equal. When in fact statistics show that there is an imbalance between the races. Now there are instances where one can be judged just by being black (racial profiling) ever heard of it? But since the beginning that has not been the basis of my argument. If you read a little closer u will understand!
Being black has nothing to do with anything. It's like saying "Most people who are poor are born in July. So being born in July makes you more likely to fail."
If being black is the problem, then do you think the problem will go away if we magically turned all black people green?
Let's just for the sake of argument say that everything you've said is true. What do you think the cause of the problem is, and how do you suggest we solve it?
Ahhh yes! Now we are getting to the heart of the issue. The cause of this problem is imbalance in the social system. If you just turned black to green it would just mean that green people are now more prone to socially and economically be at a disadvantage. What is this disadvantage?
Resources!! For example school systems. So when you say black has nothing to do with it, I ask you what does it deal with? If its not race then why are blacks resources not as good as whites or asians?
Ok see your really generalizing. This is the focus ok. No one said that there are not specific situations where blacks are not well off. What my focus is, is that if we compare the races, why is the economic gap so vast? So I really cant be any clearer. Why are blacks "poorer." Why is their social, economic and political standing less than whites? WHY IS THERE SUCH A GAP!?

You are failing to recognize the significance of Obama being elected President. I think this has inspired a lot of the youth to want to do better in life, cause they might actually do better. I am not saying that i agree with idolizing a living man, no one should be idolized except for GOD, but i can see why people would feel impelled to want to sing the praises of this man's success.
Hey, it does not take a rocket scientist to see that all of our past presidents were white. I noticed it when i was at that age. People are just excited about the election....i never thought i would live to see the day when there would be a non-white man in that position....And again, Obama is not the one doing this, its the teachers and the school administration....but till their credit, there just letting the kids know that they are experiencing HISTORY right before there eyes.
Let me ask you a question... would you agree with Martin Luther Kind Jr. and how he said we should be color-blind?
If you said yes... why do you keep mentioning how significant Obama's presidency is? If you truely are "color-blind" what's the big deal? He's just another president right? Why didn't Bush recieve this praise? Because he was white? Okay... Obama is black and he's president, we know that... GET OVER IT. Skin color shouldn't deserve praise.
See a color blind society can only be instituted when their is an equal playing field. See MLK was speaking about color blindness in all facits of life. So when equality reigns then we can say race doesnt matter. However, this does not exist because systematically blacks are worse off than their white counterparts. Yes its important to move forward and Barack exemplifies that progression. So dont write off the fact that him being in office is not important.
"...because systematically blacks are worse off than their white counterparts." Wait wait wait... I guess you haven't heard about some (SOME, not all) schools lowering their grading standards for blacks. The statement you have stated is so untrue. No colleges, universities, or anything limit blacks whatsoever. Also, people don't hire other people because of skin color, a black can get any job a white person can. We all have equal chance to succed, brother... Turn off the tv.
Wait! Are we using the typical affirmative action example. I bet you have no idea how that actually works. Nobody refutes the fact that an African American can get the same job as his white counterpart. The issue is that its a tad bit more difficult for blacks. Again when u relegated to the worst neighborhoods, worst schools, and other extenuating factors such as these, your chances are not equal to that of someone who does not struggle with these issues. So what i would suggest is that u read!
Yeah, Barack had a real hard time getting his job. It's not like he managed to beat all the white Democratic candidates and the white Republican nominee by a landslide or anything. Oh wait...
And if your argument is that it has to do with their neighborhoods and schools, then what does that have to do with their race? Black kids go to the same schools as white kids, and a bad neighborhood is caused by bad neighbors.
Your token example of one successful black person does not speak for the majority. Barack Obama does not adequately qualify nor does h quantify the success of blacks in America. Success is tied to resources. The better your resources, the more likely you are to succeed. Thats what things like Affirmative Action set out to do. Yeah blacks can go to school with white kids. Ok so what does that mean?
Okay, give me a specific example of a black person being treated unfairly because of their race. Then explain why your example isn't just a "token example that doesn't speak for the majority", but mine is.
See you have to choose your rhetoric wisely. Its not about a single black person being treated unfairly. What it is about however, is the imbalance that rests within the social system. Thats where it is unfair. Statistics show that less money is invested in monority neighborhoods than in predominantly white neighborhoods. So thats unfair! This is the issue that things like Affirmative Action try to address. Your example is token in that you equate every African American with Obama's success!
People get discriminated against because of their political views(i.e. Rush not being able to buy the Rams), their religious views, their sexual preference, for being in a relationship with a specific person, for being single, for being bald, for being fat, for liking the wrong sports teams, and for having a crappy job. I could go on and on. See if an Atheist can get elected president, or anyone who isn't Christian for that matter. Everyone is discriminated against for something.
First Limbaugh was not rejected because of his political views. Its the type of rhetoric he used when he was associated on some level with the NFL. If you said that the NFL looks like a bunch of crips and bloods fighting amongst one another or similar ignorant statements that are in fact race based. Then you no what, I dont want that person to have a level of control that determines the livelihood of these men who make up the majority of the league.
I'm not going to get into whether or not Rush's political views had anything to do with it or not, because that wasn't even my point to begin with. My point was that everyone has something that will cause them to be treated unfairly by certain people. That is a problem, but unfortunately it's part of life. It's not the biggest problem in the black community though, and pretending that it is isn't doing anyone any favors. There isn't an award for having a good excuse.
No i never said that discrimination was the primary issue. The main issue is situated around the disparity between opportunities (resources). Whites statistically have better resources when compared to minorities in general. Thats where some whites tend to have a lapse in memory. The system is flawed and does need to be addressed. The gap is still wide statistically and every proposed American needs to acknowledge that.
What "resources" are you talking about, and what do they have to do with race?
Society buys into this idea that minorities are held down and can't succeed. Everytime someone points out an example of a minority that has succeeded, some idiot goes "Oh, but that's just one guy!" Yeah, well it could be several people if everyone would quit making excuses. The biggest problem in the black community is the ridiculous number of deadbeat dads. Everytime someone brings this up they're called a racist.
Lets take geographical location. Black people usually reside in inner cities. Whites usually reside in suburban areas. Now the resources i speak of deal with how much money local, state and national spends in these areas. There is a dispartiy!!! Now the things you specify as problems in the black neighborhood are fine. However, if blacks are continuously relegated to attend their neighborhood schools which in the inner city tend to be worse. Then a cycle is perpetuated.
Hell do u want to know what the early provisions were for welfare: That neither the father nor grandmother could reside within the household. I would always challenge my white friedns who most of the time I was more intelligent than, to place themselves in my position. I grew up in the inner city, fortunately I had a father and mother who worked hard for me. However, I still had to work harder in order to get to there position. WHy, because they have better opportunity due to resources
If my school is inferior then my education is inferior. This is my problem with the system. When ppl say that school is school. They are spouting pure bullshit! This is the point that i raise. I should not have to work twice as hard to get to the same level as my white counterpart. The problem is that so many whites wont even acknowldege this. I didnt make an excuse and many others dont. However, im not going to remain blind to the truth. Because statistics show that I have to work harder than u
No i am I just think your hard of understanding. My race is black correct? Im assuming your white. So in terms of georgraphy, where do most blacks reside? Inner city correct? Ok now less money is pumped into the black races neighborhoods correct? Thats statistics. Because of less funding, black races tend to have less advantages correct? Thats unfair correct. Just by adding race does not substitute for black. Thats my point, thats why race has something to do with it. Also socioeconomic factors
Now just in case you feel the need to say, why dont blacks just move out of those neighborhoods. Remember socioeconomic position. Why are predominately black schools usually underfunded? Why do they deal with issues like overcrowding? So when you ask what does raace have to do wtih it. Answer these questions for me and then tell me where race would not apply. My last question is if this is fair to you?
You're giving all these other explanations for why black people have it tough, and then you try to say it's because they're black. Your logic is almost as bad as your grammar.
My dad never even finished high school, and for the first 17 years of my life I lived in a shitty mobile home until my dad could afford a house, which he could afford because he busted his ass his whole life. I didn't have my first car until I was 22, and it was a piece of shit that I bought from my cousin for $200.
Lol oh yes the typical attack on someones grammar. So i want you to do research as i have done and look up the stats when it comes to what side of the line you land on. Are you the minority or the majority?
Also, I have dark hair. Most black people have dark hair too. So by your logic, even though I don't live in the inner city and I didn't go to an underfunded school, I can group myself with people who do because most of them have dark hair like I do. I can complain about how bad people with dark hair have it, and bring up examples of situations involving other people with dark hair even if those situations have nothing to do with me, and I can still group myself with those people.
Is your hair straight? lol See that example could possibly have worked if i would have generalized or said "all blacks lack resources!" See the problem is that you like so many other fail to understand that when ppl state factual evidence, that agin i encourage you to look up. It adds validity to everything we say. See if there was statistical evidence that showed all people with straight black hair were statistically at a disadvantage, then there would be some validity.
However, you must analyze the other extenuating factors that center around this statement. Again answer the questions I posed to you before. I have answered every last one of yours. I like the Socratic method, so hey I can do this all day. My challenge to you is to acknowledge these "excuses" as you call them, as valid issues within our social system.
What does being black have to do with anything? It's like me saying that being black makes you more likely to be good at basketball. If I went around assuming random black people were good at basketball or rapping I'd be called a racist. Heck, even if I told someone I thought they were probably poor because they were black I'd be called a racist, even though according to you black people are more likely to be poor.
Oh and statistically speaking, yes blacks have a higher tendency to live in lower income communities. Its unfortunate but true. I dont look at these stats as a badge of honor, in fact they sadden me deeply, to know that people who look like me are more likely to be worse off. I am a product of the inner city but was able to transcend that. You see its not just placement that we must overcome but a mental state that is so prevalent within black communities.
If you're born into poverty, it's because your parents are poor, not because they're black. It doesn't matter what color they are. We have a socialist education system so that everyone can go to school. If your school sucks, it's because that's what you get with socialism. If we had a capitalistic education system, we wouldn't have bad schools, but a lot of people wouldn't be able to go to school at all. It's one of the few instances where socialism is the best option, but not without its flaws.
No, I'm saying that they shouldn't blame it on their race.
I'm not the one generalizing, you are.
I'm saying that a lot of black people are poor because a lot of people who are poor happen to be black. They aren't poor BECAUSE they're black. You're the one making the claim, so the burden of proof is on you.
Well see blacks arent blaming it on their race. They are blaming it on the fact that \where they live, tends to receive just a tad bit less attention than their white counterparts. Most Blacks tend to be poorer because they tend to have less or inadequate RESOURCES!! (when compared to whites) This is unfair. Nobody said blacks are poor because they are black. They are poor because they are provided with lesser resources. Have u been reading anything I've said?
Fruthermore, the fact that you like so many others who accuse President Obama of being an atheist, communist, nazi, socialist or baby killer...It lets me know how prevelant ignorance is throughout our nation. Rush perpetuates this ignorance through his rhetoric everyday on his show. He is someone who chooses to insight fear into the hearts of those who dont know any better. So they cry socialist, nazi, hitler, communist, marxist, eliteist and the list goes on. Just be informed properly.
If you want a kid to be a failure, start making excuses for them when they're young. Black people are told by society their entire lives that "You don't have to succeed, because it's not your fault if you don't. You're being held down by whitey." That's the problem. There is no reward for having a good excuse, valid or not. That's what people should be taught. No one remembers why you lost, just that you're a loser. Stop making excuses for people.
Where have you received your information from? I have never known any black person to teach their child that failure is acceptable. See the biggest issue that black people have with most whites, is that they essentially dawn this veil, where they dont see the disparity in sociopolitical and socioeconomic positions. Some whites choose to believe that black resources are just as good as white resources, when statistically that has been proven not to be the case.
Okay... let us take this one step at a time. You say it is "a tad bit more difficult for blacks"? Would you care explaining this? How does skin color come into this?
Also, if you are going to use the weak arguement of saying "if they were raised in a better neighborhood" and such things... what makes a neighborhood bad/ good? It is not just merely the geographical setting, it is the PEOPLE.
What makes a neighborhood what it is deals with resources. Thats what i am talking about. I dont understand how u can fail to understand. However, i will attempt to explain myself more thoroughly. First the skin color issue is linked to racism. It is foundation for which this ignorant ideology was built. So this concept of inferiority which was perpetuated, is a direct cause of why this socioeconomic gap exists.
It is because of this gap that a catalyst has been formed for "bad neighborhoods." These neighborhoods are marginalized due to the lack of both opportunity and gov. neglect within their neighborhoods. I implore you to research the south bronx in the 1970's. This will aid you if u really want an exemplar for what I am talking about. You don just erase over 400 years of segregation, degradation and racism in 40. Until the playing field is level, there will continue to be this gap.
Fine, President Obama is the first Black President in America, that is historic. However, that is not what this debate is about, do you realize that if those song were about President Bush, or about President Regan then the Mainstream media ("Fringe media".) would be all over that in a heartbeat. CNN, MSNBC, and CNBC would be claiming the President Bush/Conservatives (Right-Wing Extremists as they would call them.) are indoctrinating the youth of America, like Hitler did. I'm not saying ...
that Obama is doing that, however he should look at all this and maybe he should think that this is pushing it WAY TOO FAR. Plus when did we replace Jesus with the President? The song should go: "Jesus loves the little children,
All the children of the world.
Red and yellow, black and white,
All are precious in his sight,
Jesus loves the little children of the world."
And when did "The Battle Hymn of the Republic." become The Battle Hymn of Obama?
Exactly, I like how people gloss over 'equal work for equal pay', WTH?
Hello, socialist indoctrination.
And Ayers happens to be over curriculum in Chicago... do you wonder why they're not learning anything and killing kids as well as themselves?
He didn't do sh*t in Chicago, just washing and passing money. It's all about the O and destroying the country where his ungrateful, confused *ss got to go to three top schools then cry struggle. He shares nothing of our history & culture here.
lol, i see nothing wrong. What is so wrong about what they are saying...its all positivity. Plus its not Obama's fault he has inspired the nation to believe that through hard, it is actually possible to become anything you want in life...even President of the United States, you don't have to be an old white guy.
Would you be saying ds same thing if they were doing da same thing back in da days of George W. Bush??! I didn't think so!! You're obviously a democRAT...with a skull full of mush!!!!!
Try to understand this, growing up as a non-white child in America, seeing all the bad things that have happen to people of color in the past of this great nation (and even though we have come a long way), its hard for a young child to think that he could ever amount to a position of President of the USA, its possible, but has never been done till now...A lot of people are inspired by this great moment in AMERICAN history...if you work hard enough, any one can become anything they want in life.
The problem is they are now praising the work of one man over the rest of the entire nation. He took an oath to serve us and protect the Constitution just as countless other have before him. I don't understand what makes BHO different, he's like any other politician, there hasn't been any change! I fail to see how anyone could truly be inspired by this mans presidency, especially in elementary school. They don't know what they're saying! It's Brainwashing The Musical!
@KingofdaWackos How do you know they weren't? During George W. Bush's time digital cameras weren't as common as they are now. This all came about because a parent had a digital camera. If no parent had recorded this, no one would have known about it.
What's wrong is that we've never had anything like this happen in a democratic nation. This happens for leaders like Castro and Hitler. I'd rather our country not get caught up in the ability of one person. The unity of our nation's people has been the strength of this country. If we're gonna sing about a leader, why can't it be George Washington or Abe Lincoln. Instead we're gonna teach our kids to sing about an unproven leader.
suprised that their isnt a HEIL HITLER OR SEIG HEIL FUCK OBAMA! this is exactly like the facist third reich brain washing the german people to think that hilter was a great man and teaching them to hate the jews. OBAMA=HITLER!!!

Again when u relegated to the worst neighborhoods, worst schools, and other extenuating factors such as these, your chances are not equal to that of someone who does not struggle with these issues. So what i would suggest is that u read!
charlesmustang 2 years ago
Yeah, Barack had a real hard time getting his job. It's not like he managed to beat all the white Democratic candidates and the white Republican nominee by a landslide or anything. Oh wait...
And if your argument is that it has to do with their neighborhoods and schools, then what does that have to do with their race? Black kids go to the same schools as white kids, and a bad neighborhood is caused by bad neighbors.
mrplow8 2 years ago
Your token example of one successful black person does not speak for the majority. Barack Obama does not adequately qualify nor does h quantify the success of blacks in America. Success is tied to resources. The better your resources, the more likely you are to succeed. Thats what things like Affirmative Action set out to do. Yeah blacks can go to school with white kids. Ok so what does that mean?
charlesmustang 2 years ago
Okay, give me a specific example of a black person being treated unfairly because of their race. Then explain why your example isn't just a "token example that doesn't speak for the majority", but mine is.
mrplow8 2 years ago

Everyone is discriminated against for something.
mrplow8 2 years ago
First Limbaugh was not rejected because of his political views. Its the type of rhetoric he used when he was associated on some level with the NFL. If you said that the NFL looks like a bunch of crips and bloods fighting amongst one another or similar ignorant statements that are in fact race based. Then you no what, I dont want that person to have a level of control that determines the livelihood of these men who make up the majority of the league.
charlesmustang 2 years ago
I'm not going to get into whether or not Rush's political views had anything to do with it or not, because that wasn't even my point to begin with. My point was that everyone has something that will cause them to be treated unfairly by certain people. That is a problem, but unfortunately it's part of life. It's not the biggest problem in the black community though, and pretending that it is isn't doing anyone any favors. There isn't an award for having a good excuse.
mrplow8 2 years ago
No i never said that discrimination was the primary issue. The main issue is situated around the disparity between opportunities (resources). Whites statistically have better resources when compared to minorities in general. Thats where some whites tend to have a lapse in memory. The system is flawed and does need to be addressed. The gap is still wide statistically and every proposed American needs to acknowledge that.
charlesmustang 2 years ago
What "resources" are you talking about, and what do they have to do with race?
Society buys into this idea that minorities are held down and can't succeed. Everytime someone points out an example of a minority that has succeeded, some idiot goes "Oh, but that's just one guy!" Yeah, well it could be several people if everyone would quit making excuses. The biggest problem in the black community is the ridiculous number of deadbeat dads. Everytime someone brings this up they're called a racist.
mrplow8 2 years ago
Lets take geographical location. Black people usually reside in inner cities. Whites usually reside in suburban areas. Now the resources i speak of deal with how much money local, state and national spends in these areas. There is a dispartiy!!! Now the things you specify as problems in the black neighborhood are fine. However, if blacks are continuously relegated to attend their neighborhood schools which in the inner city tend to be worse. Then a cycle is perpetuated.
charlesmustang 2 years ago
Hell do u want to know what the early provisions were for welfare: That neither the father nor grandmother could reside within the household. I would always challenge my white friedns who most of the time I was more intelligent than, to place themselves in my position. I grew up in the inner city, fortunately I had a father and mother who worked hard for me. However, I still had to work harder in order to get to there position. WHy, because they have better opportunity due to resources
charlesmustang 2 years ago
If my school is inferior then my education is inferior. This is my problem with the system. When ppl say that school is school. They are spouting pure bullshit! This is the point that i raise. I should not have to work twice as hard to get to the same level as my white counterpart. The problem is that so many whites wont even acknowldege this. I didnt make an excuse and many others dont. However, im not going to remain blind to the truth. Because statistics show that I have to work harder than u
charlesmustang 2 years ago
What the hell does any of that have to do with race? You're just making my case for me.
mrplow8 2 years ago
No i am I just think your hard of understanding. My race is black correct? Im assuming your white. So in terms of georgraphy, where do most blacks reside? Inner city correct? Ok now less money is pumped into the black races neighborhoods correct? Thats statistics. Because of less funding, black races tend to have less advantages correct? Thats unfair correct. Just by adding race does not substitute for black. Thats my point, thats why race has something to do with it. Also socioeconomic factors
charlesmustang 2 years ago
Now just in case you feel the need to say, why dont blacks just move out of those neighborhoods. Remember socioeconomic position. Why are predominately black schools usually underfunded? Why do they deal with issues like overcrowding? So when you ask what does raace have to do wtih it. Answer these questions for me and then tell me where race would not apply. My last question is if this is fair to you?
charlesmustang 2 years ago
You're giving all these other explanations for why black people have it tough, and then you try to say it's because they're black. Your logic is almost as bad as your grammar.
My dad never even finished high school, and for the first 17 years of my life I lived in a shitty mobile home until my dad could afford a house, which he could afford because he busted his ass his whole life. I didn't have my first car until I was 22, and it was a piece of shit that I bought from my cousin for $200.
mrplow8 2 years ago
Lol oh yes the typical attack on someones grammar. So i want you to do research as i have done and look up the stats when it comes to what side of the line you land on. Are you the minority or the majority?
charlesmustang 2 years ago
Also, I have dark hair. Most black people have dark hair too. So by your logic, even though I don't live in the inner city and I didn't go to an underfunded school, I can group myself with people who do because most of them have dark hair like I do. I can complain about how bad people with dark hair have it, and bring up examples of situations involving other people with dark hair even if those situations have nothing to do with me, and I can still group myself with those people.
mrplow8 2 years ago
Is your hair straight? lol See that example could possibly have worked if i would have generalized or said "all blacks lack resources!" See the problem is that you like so many other fail to understand that when ppl state factual evidence, that agin i encourage you to look up. It adds validity to everything we say. See if there was statistical evidence that showed all people with straight black hair were statistically at a disadvantage, then there would be some validity.
charlesmustang 2 years ago
However, you must analyze the other extenuating factors that center around this statement. Again answer the questions I posed to you before. I have answered every last one of yours. I like the Socratic method, so hey I can do this all day. My challenge to you is to acknowledge these "excuses" as you call them, as valid issues within our social system.
charlesmustang 2 years ago
What does being black have to do with anything? It's like me saying that being black makes you more likely to be good at basketball. If I went around assuming random black people were good at basketball or rapping I'd be called a racist. Heck, even if I told someone I thought they were probably poor because they were black I'd be called a racist, even though according to you black people are more likely to be poor.
mrplow8 2 years ago
Oh and statistically speaking, yes blacks have a higher tendency to live in lower income communities. Its unfortunate but true. I dont look at these stats as a badge of honor, in fact they sadden me deeply, to know that people who look like me are more likely to be worse off. I am a product of the inner city but was able to transcend that. You see its not just placement that we must overcome but a mental state that is so prevalent within black communities.
charlesmustang 2 years ago
If you're born into poverty, it's because your parents are poor, not because they're black. It doesn't matter what color they are. We have a socialist education system so that everyone can go to school. If your school sucks, it's because that's what you get with socialism. If we had a capitalistic education system, we wouldn't have bad schools, but a lot of people wouldn't be able to go to school at all. It's one of the few instances where socialism is the best option, but not without its flaws.
mrplow8 2 years ago
So are you saying that most blacks should just deal with their worse schools because their neighborhoods are poorer.
charlesmustang 2 years ago
No, I'm saying that they shouldn't blame it on their race.
I'm not the one generalizing, you are.
I'm saying that a lot of black people are poor because a lot of people who are poor happen to be black. They aren't poor BECAUSE they're black. You're the one making the claim, so the burden of proof is on you.
mrplow8 2 years ago
Well see blacks arent blaming it on their race. They are blaming it on the fact that \where they live, tends to receive just a tad bit less attention than their white counterparts. Most Blacks tend to be poorer because they tend to have less or inadequate RESOURCES!! (when compared to whites) This is unfair. Nobody said blacks are poor because they are black. They are poor because they are provided with lesser resources. Have u been reading anything I've said?
charlesmustang 2 years ago
Fruthermore, the fact that you like so many others who accuse President Obama of being an atheist, communist, nazi, socialist or baby killer...It lets me know how prevelant ignorance is throughout our nation. Rush perpetuates this ignorance through his rhetoric everyday on his show. He is someone who chooses to insight fear into the hearts of those who dont know any better. So they cry socialist, nazi, hitler, communist, marxist, eliteist and the list goes on. Just be informed properly.
charlesmustang 2 years ago
If you want a kid to be a failure, start making excuses for them when they're young. Black people are told by society their entire lives that "You don't have to succeed, because it's not your fault if you don't. You're being held down by whitey." That's the problem. There is no reward for having a good excuse, valid or not. That's what people should be taught. No one remembers why you lost, just that you're a loser. Stop making excuses for people.
mrplow8 2 years ago
Where have you received your information from? I have never known any black person to teach their child that failure is acceptable. See the biggest issue that black people have with most whites, is that they essentially dawn this veil, where they dont see the disparity in sociopolitical and socioeconomic positions. Some whites choose to believe that black resources are just as good as white resources, when statistically that has been proven not to be the case.
charlesmustang 2 years ago
Okay... let us take this one step at a time.
Blandified 2 years ago
What makes a neighborhood what it is deals with resources. Thats what i am talking about. I dont understand how u can fail to understand. However, i will attempt to explain myself more thoroughly. First the skin color issue is linked to racism. It is foundation for which this ignorant ideology was built. So this concept of inferiority which was perpetuated, is a direct cause of why this socioeconomic gap exists.
charlesmustang 2 years ago

I'm not saying ...
shade881993 2 years ago
that Obama is doing that, however he should look at all this and maybe he should think that this is pushing it WAY TOO FAR. Plus when did we replace Jesus with the President? The song should go: "Jesus loves the little children,
All the children of the world.
Red and yellow, black and white,
All are precious in his sight,
Jesus loves the little children of the world."
And when did "The Battle Hymn of the Republic." become The Battle Hymn of Obama?
shade881993 2 years ago 2
Exactly, I like how people gloss over 'equal work for equal pay', WTH?
Hello, socialist indoctrination.
And Ayers happens to be over curriculum in Chicago... do you wonder why they're not learning anything and killing kids as well as themselves?
He didn't do sh*t in Chicago, just washing and passing money. It's all about the O and destroying the country where his ungrateful, confused *ss got to go to three top schools then cry struggle. He shares nothing of our history & culture here.
averitas 2 years ago
lol, i see nothing wrong. What is so wrong about what they are saying...its all positivity. Plus its not Obama's fault he has inspired the nation to believe that through hard, it is actually possible to become anything you want in life...even President of the United States, you don't have to be an old white guy.
choclair45 2 years ago
Would you be saying ds same thing if they were doing da same thing back in da days of George W. Bush??! I didn't think so!! You're obviously a democRAT...with a skull full of mush!!!!!
KingofdaWackos 2 years ago 2
Try to understand this, growing up as a non-white child in America, seeing all the bad things that have happen to people of color in the past of this great nation (and even though we have come a long way), its hard for a young child to think that he could ever amount to a position of President of the USA, its possible, but has never been done till now...A lot of people are inspired by this great moment in AMERICAN history...if you work hard enough, any one can become anything they want in life.
choclair45 2 years ago
Yes, even half black american men can be bought and paid for by special interests. I mean sure they might be inspired but they still can't get a job.
teajer 2 years ago
The problem is they are now praising the work of one man over the rest of the entire nation. He took an oath to serve us and protect the Constitution just as countless other have before him. I don't understand what makes BHO different, he's like any other politician, there hasn't been any change! I fail to see how anyone could truly be inspired by this mans presidency, especially in elementary school. They don't know what they're saying! It's Brainwashing The Musical!
Spazzboy911 2 years ago
@KingofdaWackos How do you know they weren't? During George W. Bush's time digital cameras weren't as common as they are now. This all came about because a parent had a digital camera. If no parent had recorded this, no one would have known about it.
AlbertaRose94 4 months ago
What's wrong is that we've never had anything like this happen in a democratic nation. This happens for leaders like Castro and Hitler. I'd rather our country not get caught up in the ability of one person. The unity of our nation's people has been the strength of this country. If we're gonna sing about a leader, why can't it be George Washington or Abe Lincoln. Instead we're gonna teach our kids to sing about an unproven leader.
