It seams to me that connecting with people would be more effective if radicals actually took militant direct action. Vegan cupcakes and debates over gender pronouns are irrelevant "actions". Direct action works; occupy schools to create community libraries; forcefully take over businesses that are undergoing layoffs; fight back when the pigs try to kill and assault us; destroy the weapons of imperialist war, etc...

i truly dislike when guys like this decide that because they've aged and become disillusioned with their own movements that they can make sweeping statements like "all violence is terrorism."

if all violence is terrorism, what does that mean for the women who is being raped? would it be an act of "terrorism" for her to fight back against her attacker? its absurd. What about the holocaust? were the Jews who fought back against the nazis just as bad as they were? of course not.
