However many photos anyone looks at, nothing will ever prepare them for the magic and beauty of this wonderful city. I've only been 8 times and 508 would not be enough!! There's always something new to discover there.

I have been to Italy and the food was not so great... some places in Venice charge you to walk into them and they are already expensive. Plus Europe has like a ice shortage or something!

My favorite place on earth! My wife and I have been fortunate enough to visit this marvelous city on two occasions and, yes, we plan to go again! This is a great starting point for any cruise of the region but make sure you schedule at least three days in Venice before your cruise begins. It is expensive, but the memories will last a lifetime!

Thanks for your comments - Venice is a beautiful place and you were lucky to be able to visit. Glad you're not there at the moment as I see on the news (2/12/08)that high tides and storms have caused the worst flooding for many years.

You took many good photos! I was there late Sept. this year and is my first time there. I enjoyed the feelings there a lot. Unfortunately, all photos I took in Venice gone. Watching your video calm me down and bring me back to there. Thanks for sharing this video.
