you really lost 8 mpg when you changed you tires

thats not normal. were they the same size

you can fit a 315/75r17 (34x11.5x17) its the size that h2's use with no lift a taller tire helps a lot with high way miles

@moparman2500 Yep, those Michellins were pretty bald. A friend of mine put Duratracs on his Ranger and noticed about a 5 mile per gallon drop to.

Thanks! The Wrangler Duratracs look good and are great in the snow, BUT, when I had on the nearly bald Michelins I was getting 27.6 MPG on the highway, when I gor these Goodyears, my mileage dropped to 19.8 MPG on the highway. other than the loss in miles per gallon, I am very happy with them. They're not very loud ay any speed, and they kick up tons of splash back on vehicles behind me when it rains:-)
