  • I like that they call some commercials "Prequels" so they can advertize while they're audience is convinced it's another episodeish thing

  • Sorry! New here!

Does anyone know where i can catch up on full episodes of Dr. Who? I can'ts seem to find a site that has them, they only have excerpts!

  • @blondeboomer1970 try watchseries.eu/season-6/doctor_who ;]

  • @blondeboomer1970 If you want to watch the episodes online then I recommend tv-links.eu

This is where I watch tv series if Iæm gonna watch them online :)

  • Eyepatches remind me of Travis from Blake's 7. Just sayin'.

  • Bubbles coming from the bottom of the glas tubes... Silents breathe through their feet...?!?

  • Doctor, Brave and Good,

    He turned away from violence

    When he understood,

    The Falling Of The Silence...

  • in the Impossible Astronaut, there is a hidden figure behind an old wooden shack, watching. When the doctor raises the wine bottle, the mysterious figure raises its arm. When the doctor dies, the figure falls to the floor.

  • OK EVERYONE NOT LONG NOW

  • at 0:16 something moves at the bottom of the screen

  • doesn't he cross his own timeline when he goes back to clean up craig's house in Closing Time? just curious about how that works.

  • @muel7 yeah it's cool

he can cross his own time line only to do cheesy tricks

  • Best Doctor Who Trailer Ever!

    /watch?v=Jq6isHmR6UY

  • hey they all have eye patches...that's how they keep from forgetting seeing the aliens. who knew it was that easy. (must be something special about the eye patches though, other wise a lot of one eyed men woulda seen these aliens)

  • @tuseroni yes there see them with one eye the trafer it to the over side of bran to remeber it

  • why are their children singing creepily? it seriously creeps me out, especially that there are 3 verses now stuck in my head. XP

  • Its so obvious that the flesh doctor is the one who dies. Even Amy says on the lake "he must be a duplicate"...plus moffat said the whole thing about the doctor telling flesh doctor he can survive with his molecular structure was important

  • I love it I love river and I bloody love this show!!

  • Inspector Spacetime will save the doctor :)

  • Continuing from previous post...

The doctor said the cracks were caused by "two parts of time that should never have touched" aka. the doctor crossing his own timeline.

Well at least, that's my thought. Could be way off base. But it seems plausible.

  • I don't think the doctor will die. Here's my theory:

I think that the doctor is going to interfere himself. A most likely "past" version of the doctor will come to save the "present" version. Or something like that. Sorry I'm not very good at explaining. Anyway, now having crossed his own timeline (something that should never be done) he creates the cracks in the universe as seen throughout series 5. Remember the doctor said, while examining the cracks in little Amelia's bedroom wall, that it

  • I'll give 3:1 odds the Doctor survives in some convoluted Ganger scenario.

  • I can not wait 3 more day's!!!!!!!

  • The Doctor can't die or the series is over, no 12th and 13th Doctor. What I want to know is what are they going to come up with the keep the show going after the 13th Doctor. BTW Any one else notice that we still don't know who destroyed the TARDIS? All this season has been is a distraction to keep us from remembering that.

  • @ZoneFighter1 Yeah. I've thinking about the destruction of the TARDIS and who said "Silence Will Fall" when the screen cracked? I forgot which episode.

  • @TricellCorp I think Prisoner Zero said that. I'm not certain though.

  • I'm starting to think the dolls who sing the nursery rhymes play a part in all this. WHy would a doll say "WE cradled and WE rocked her." It seems to me that the dolls are aware of everything because since George created them, he is psychic, thus hearing the being able to be influenced by the Silence over a distance.

  • Doctor, brave and good, he turned away from violence,

When he understood the falling of the silence.

Tick tock goes the clock, we cradled and we rocked her.

Tick tock goes the clock, till River kills the Doctor.

  • what

  • Tink tonk goes the clock scary now...... : (

  • ummm... I forgot that i had watched this until i watched it again. Help, the silence are after me...

  • @5shortone5 whats a silent

  • @Mumble5557 The Silents are a religeous order who believe that Silence must fall when The Question is asked. The First Question, the Question hidden plain sight, the question that must never be answered: "Doctor Who?"

  • @5shortone5 Silents, not Silence. Unless you mean their religious order The Silence :)

  • I have no idea how they're going to resolve all of series 6's plot points.

River killing the Doctor. The mysterious Silence.

All I know is this. They'd better not cop out of this one. Like if they make it so it wasn't the Doctor who dies but one of those flesh copies from earlier episodes. If they did something like that in the last episode, the fan backlash will be such as the BBC has never felt before.

  • @TheJboy88 Well they said it was him. Like River was like "It's really the doctor" and stuff. But as I'm writing this I'm realizing that she probably remembers doing it, so she might have known it was a copy.

Ah well. He'll probably just end the universe. Again.

  • @kilar277 I'm not sure she remembers. She looked at the space suit in Day Of The Moon like she'd never seen it before. And since this all involved interacting with the Silence (or what we think of as the Silence--turns out they're not a race), as soon as she wasn't looking at it anymore, of course she'd forget. I think they programmed her mind somehow.

  • @TheJboy88 If anyone gets *angry* about it being a Flesh avatar, that only means they haven't been paying attention for this entire series. It's only been set up out the wazoo. Unless that was a red herring.

  • Sorry but this is a PROLOGUE, not a PREQUEL. Wow, the BBC can't speak english.

  • @martianleader1 @rosieg925 @pinkyknan464 maybe we should just start our own club..

  • I'm suddenly imaginging Time itself rebelling in the Doctor's favor, for all he's done to protect and save the universe. Probably not, but that would be interesting ;~)

  • @justyoureverydaynerd Hahaha that's a good one

  • @DCMarvel2009 You get it now then? Good.

  • @justyoureverydaynerd oh yeah haha i get it

  • I reckon those eyepatches have something to do with remembering The Silence.

  • @GuanoLad yes they do. They are eye Drives.

  • I just remembered, wasnt the doctor that dies like 200 years older than the one that was in the dinner? So how could he have aged that much while with amy and rory on adventures? Just a thought that came up?

  • @mscoolgirl28 The Doctor was alone between AGMGTW and Let's Kill Hitler and between The God Complex and Closing Time.

  • Funny thing is the name of the episode. Because in this one we should see the Fall of the Silence (or at least some answers), also maybe the end of Madam Kovarian, and the death of the Doctor (and maybe another death for Rory) And thinking about it we don't know what was the post episode scene at the end of the 6x07 (you know the skeleton with the screwdriver).Where Moffat did find some time in all that for a wedding (and of course a dance, because the doctor always dances at weddings)

  • Notice that all the agents of the Silence have those same eye patches. Wonder what that means.

  • THANK YOU I love doctor who but couldn't watch this prequel

  • O.o creepy. Children. Singing! o.O

  • I fucking HATE that stupid nursery rhyme.

  • watch my preview trailer for the wedding of river song i want to know what you people think :) il gladly return the favour

  • My friend is blind in one eye...I'll never look at him the same

  • also I have theiory that the Doctot we sore that died is a gangger

  • @Arki441

Amy: Maybe he's a clone or a duplicate or something.

Old Canton: Maybe I can save you some time. That most certainly is the doctor, and he is most certainly dead.

  • @mrwho995 Rule 1: The Doctor lies. Rule 1a: And may possibly persuade others to lie in his behalf.

Though I suppose his getting out of this mess involves all those regenerations River gave him, if not in fact a Flesh avatar.

  • @danaseilhan

Yeah, but I don't think Moffat would right in specific dialogue, ruling out the resolution to a mystery, just to say 'yeah, it was all a lie'. It would be a rubbish storytelling device. Also, can you really imagine the doctor allowing his ganger self to die after how much he insisted that gangers are people in TAP and Gangers?

  • @mrwho995 Why not? He did it in the Almost People.

  • @maxcardun

Yeah but there is a massive difference between that, which was a plot twist that didn't really affect the story that much, and having it done as a resolution to a series-long arc when it was explicitely stated that that wasn't the resolution. Also, the whole swapping shoes thing was done to show that gangers are real people, it the doctor just put a ganger in his place it would contradict everything said in the episode.

  • @Arki441 nope Motaff said it was the real doctor. We have to wait and see his wonderful writing skills to see how he is still alive.

  • the doctor can't die because in the last ep he said that tomorrow (This ep) was his last day so there can be no more episodes so unless he suddenly decides to skip out on dying for a cople more years there can be no more episodes when there is going to be a season 7 with Amy and Rory coming back with Matt Smith as the Doctor. So logic comferms the Doctor will not die!!!

  • Sorry man, but that is extremely obvious. Do you really think that anyone thinks that the doctor will just die and that will be the end of it?

  • @mrwho995 also Matt smith is scheduled to be the doctor next season. Wikipedia ruined that for me because I was catching up and saw it god dammit.

  • @Arki441 Good theory but once again wrong. Because the episode is about the doctor going and dying. If the IO t.v guide didnt say that time holds still in the lake what ever and the preview didnt show him there then it could have held up. Also Crieg is holding the letters in his hand. SPOILERS

  • area 52 was referenced a lot lol but doctah won't die still many things we know he's done that he still didn't do ;)

  • in the other episodes it says silence will fall when the question is asked and the episode is called the wedding of river song so i wonder if the question has anything to do with the doctor getting asked if he wants to marry river song since she has mentioned to him that they get married in the future?

  • @tiny723 She never told him they were married. She gave him a vague answer when he asked if she was married.

Also, in the preview for TWoRS he says the silence is "his silence", meaning his death.

  • Comment removed

  • Don't get me wrong. I'm dying to see how this ends as much as everyone else. It's just obvious he doesn't die is all. I have a feeling the death was faked or something of that magnitude.

  • The Doctor can get out of this mess if he only brings a bag of jelly babies.

  • Oh, look. Time stopped at the time of The Doctor's death.

  • My primitive human brain does not understand how The Doctor is going to get out of death itself...and...OH DEAR GOD WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITHOUT THE DOCTOR? *crawls into corner and starts hyperventilating*

  • Creepy. Children. Singing.

  • NOTHING IN LIFE HAS PREPARED ME FOR THIS.

  • ooooooh the eyepatches have to do with looking at the Silen-er freaky slendermen alien things.

  • Dude I'm going to pee myself

  • Lol, Area 52.

  • Well it's obvious he doesn't die If they're gonna film another season. But I'm still really excited to see how Moffat finishes this story line up

  • @notyouraveragething I keep telling myself that he can't die also. It's the only thing that keeps me sane...

  • Obviously The Doctor isn't going to die. All three of the main cast members signed on for Series 7. Jeez.

  • @TheTsze Doesn't mean it isn't going to be exciting.

  • God I hate children singing creepily :|

  • @TinySusi lol yeah its freky

    eeek

  • @TinySusi me to that sang that in one of the shows a few weeks ago

  • Everything I thought I understood I don't know if I do.

  • no matter how awesome the episode is it will still feel a bit rushed with how much they look to be packing in to the episode.

  • I WANT CLOSURE AND THE DOCTOR NOT BE DEAD. MOFFAAAAAAT......YOU BEST BE LISTENING AHHHHH

  • The Doctor cant die!!! I still havnt had my chance as a companion!! This is such bs!!! But im stil going 2 watch the episode...

  • I think before this episode, I might do a marathon watching session of Series 5 and 6. (Anyone else who does this... pay attention to anytime the white cracks show up, silence is mentioned, and all the episodes featuring River.)

  • On Twiiter they said they were releasing the details of the doctor who christmass special this week coming so its clear he doesnt die so RELAX guys he will live

  • @USSENTERPRISECV6 well the official doctor who channel on twitter said this check it out your self im not making it up

  • @USSENTERPRISECV6 BUT WHAT IF ITS SET IN THE PAST BEFORE HE DIES /overdramatic

  • Eye patches are cool. Anyway, I'm not worried. The Doctor got out of one life-or-death situation before. He'll get out of this one...unless Matt Smith decides to leave the show, then we have a problem.

  • @dfri729 Steven Moffat said Matt Smith will stay for Series 7, probably to break the silence. And given how he was pissed that someone leaked either Series 5 or 6... he's not going to say squat beyond that.

  • WTF? I can't post this on any boards because of the words letters fcuk in the url. Give me a ****ing break!

  • All the eyepatches, it's a shame this episode will be premiering a few weeks short of Talk Like A Pirate Day.

I mean, we were even on an ACTUAL PIRATE SHIP earlier this season! Such a waste...

  • tic toc come on saturday

    tic toc harry up

tic toc i want to see the doctor

  • I thought the Doctor would be 1106 when he died... or is this rule number 1: the doctor lies again??

  • @Malou214 He is, Closing Time is set 200 years after the God Complex.

  • @RyuYoung but how do we know that? i mean, we can assume so, but they don't exactly allude to the fact that he's been traveling alone for THAT long.. (not trying to argue, just trying to understand)

  • Comment removed

  • @FrizbeeChique77 Moffat or Russel (Can't remember which) confirmed it was set 200 years after. But I find that annoying, I expected a scene where the doctor makes a noble sacrifice and ends up ageing 200 years.

  • @RyuYoung Why would you expect that? Doesn't it make more sense that he just ages 200 years at some point between the start of the season and the end?

Remember, he was going to say goodbye to old friends before his death. Craig was just the last one.

  • Maybe silence will fall means the silence silence will be the loser.

  • ARGH WHY ARE THEY INCLUDING THE DOLL'S SINGING IN THIS TRAILER ITS CREEPIN ME OUT!!!

  • I understand nothing.

  • Is there a time loop at 0:10 ? It's like the time is stuck between 05:02:57 - 05:02:59 ...

  • @Rainfur8 Thats right!!

  • is this how time normally passes?

  • i think that the eye patch is for protection from the hypnotic power of those aliens

  • @TheMRCOLLECTORX Obviously not, those two soldiers looked directly at them and didn't notice them?

  • @MrGibbsOfficial that's because you only remember them (the silence) when you're looking at them. as soon as the guard turned to tell the other "clear" he forgot all about the silence being there.

  • @FrizbeeChique77 they don't say "clear" they say secure! so that means that they could be saying the silence is secure and they can see them.

  • i am pretty sure the eye patch has a picture of the silent inside so you can always see them and remember them. pretty obvious.

  • im soooo confused lol

  • :/ I though for a moment the Eyepatches would have something on the inside to remind the wearer of the Silence but thats probably not the case now....

  • @Tomaius2000 I think that's absolutely the case.

  • Stephen Moffat better not mess this up! Although he is brilliant at writing scripts, hopefully this won't be too complected!

  • @MileyUrAmazing yeah Amy and Rory are going to be in the episode(: x

  • OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG... This next week is gonna kill me.

  • does anyone know if Amy and Rory are gonna be in this one??? i hope so!!!!!!! :)))

  • We'll see just how clever Moffat really is next week.

Personally, I can't wait for this epic story :)

  • He turned away from voilence when he understod the falling of the silence?

  • Next fall?! I dont even have a TARDIS to speed up the process... Boo. :(

  • THIS ALL BETTER NOT BE A DREAM !!

  • I need a doctor who buddy to talk about the show with.. None of my friends watch it..

  • @Squishytash11 Welcome to the club. lol no one knows what I'm talking about. Except for one person. LMAO Ok maybe two now. :P

  • @Squishytash11 same here. =/

  • @Squishytash11 Ikr..... I did get one friend to watch it but he lives in my old city and is busy with university so we don't get to talk much now...

  • Creepy song is creepy.

  • mmmmmmmppppppphhhhhhhhhhhhhhhmMMMMMMMMMMMMMOOOOOOFFFFFpppphhhhFFFAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTT!

  • River is already dead, she died in front of 10. I just can't wait for her last appearance.

  • @Hadam10Rose So when was the first time River met the doctor? Was it in Let's Kill Hitler?

  • @MRdaBakkle Yep. The River we know first met the Doctor in 'Let's Kill Hitler' but the Doctor first met her in 'The Library' and she 'died' in front of him

  • Steven Moffat, how are you gonna write yourself out of this one?

  • @xChiyukix Better theory. Stop assuming that Moffat wrote himself into a hole because you can't figure out the bigger picture.

  • @lordbaztard

I'm not assuming he wrote himself in a hole. He wouldn't do that to such an awesome show. I don't think anyone can know for sure what the 'big picture' is since the end hasn't aired yet. We can make inferences about what may happen but nothing will be proven until the episode comes out. I'm just really excited to see how all this will be resolved in the next episode.

  • @xChiyukix You probably should have said that the first time, because the amount of people that thumbed that comment probably actually think that, never mind how untrue it is.

  • @xChiyukix I mean, he ended the universe last season. He can get out of this. xD

  • @kilar277

I think so too. I just hope the episode won't end at a cliffhanger ><

  • @lordbaztard Thank you. I wish more people would stop making that bullshit assumption every time the stakes are raised to such a high level.

  • @xChiyukix Silence will probably have fallen. Maybe... if something impossible happens... The Doctor will come back and break the Silence?

  • @blackyoshi1230

Maybe : ) But I wonder why they want the Doctor to die ><

  • Doctor who has given me an irrational fear/hatred of eye patches

  • @nerdierthanlife Think of it as a greater appreciation of depth perception.

  • @nerdierthanlife And children singing songs in that creepy voice. XD

  • @nerdierthanlife Don't forget statues of gas masks, plungers and statues of angels. Actually scratch that last one, that's a totally rational fear.

  • @aglon314 Well yeah that goes without saying

  • GAWWW!! So after next week there's the Christmas Special then we have to wait until April, right? The wait may kill me!

  • @cecilly91 I'm sorry to say, but after the Christmas Special, Doctor Who won't be coming back till next fall.

  • @DawnedDusk Where did you get that information?

  • @cecilly91 DW Magazine

  • @cecilly91 It's been known since about June, confirmed by the BBC1 Controller, Danny Cohen, at a press conference.

Got the information on a doctor who news site... It reports on all DW news. doctorwhonews. It's affiliated with GallifreyBase.

  • @cecilly91 it's been officially released by the BBC

  • @cecilly91 Wow, how did I not hear about it? haha

  • can't wait

  • totally creepy. especially the part when River turns around right as they're saying 'The fooling of the Silence' and has this sneaky little grin on her face.

  • @TwilightFanatic113 No, they're saying "The falling of the Silence" It even has the lyrics in the description if you don't believe me.

  • children singing. creepy as hell.

  • @gabby4kyo what the heck is with Steven Moffat doing this to us after some episodes? this just thurougly creeped me out. especially when 1) it's children singing and 2) when it's late at night and you watch this and you can't sleep after because you think you'll hear creepy children singing

  • @TwilightFanatic113 You would have a very active imagination then lol

  • @TwilightFanatic113 The way to not get nightmares is to be glad youyr not a tensor
