The plant in Little shop of Horrors remake did have a name. It's ironcially named Audrey II name after his female employed. Despite the fact that the voice was actually played by a decease black male singer name Levi Stubbs. He died middle of last year.

He also played mother brain on the cartoon series Captain N which lasted year seasons. Captain end was not as respect recgonized and did not get him as much fame as play Audrey II. Well at least with one very angry movie/ critic it failed.

@jarrettsuhr You certainly very informed It's funny how one role and your type cast for life! Of course he will only be remembered for Audry II, even though he might have had many more roles.

I know to get the DVD with the complete alternate ending and the Mstery science theater like Commetary which also got replace with a normal audio commetary you have to pay $100 to 150$. The only other way was if you got the very old lazer disk version back when they were about the price of a DVD to a VHS when they frst came out as new technoly.

Yhe but way over priced they put the ending on the dvd with out on of the people who worked on it's permission so he pulled all remaining copies out of anger. They test audience had alot of issue with the original end so they reshot it a couple of months later and scrap the original ending footage to give it a fair box office run with the more tame G and PG film the what ever Rated stuff was allowed in theaters back then.
