I have the 2012 300 S V6 Tungsten with safetytec and luxury group - LOVE IT! The car responds well, handles nicely. In a pinch, sport mode is nice when you need to get up and out. The adaptive cruise is a MUST. One thing not advertised with luxury group is the fact the car learn your settings based off of which "Key" you unlock the car with - It will turn on the heated wheel and seats if the temp is too cold. My only dislike is the lack of rear-seat LCD for the DVD player.
I own this car, but not the AWD version. Previous 300 AWD systems were notorious for eventually breaking down over time due to the complex mechanics of driving power to all four wheels. Do yourself a favor...save a few thousand...buy the V6 RWD 300S...and you won't be worried about mechanical issues down the road. The car handles fine without it. If you want a car that you can drive around the race track and that handles like a charm...get a BMW. This car is a cruiser, and a looker.
