Thank you :) ... I did it all the tweaking within 3d Studio Max. No other programs involved to achive the 'Ink and Paint' effect. Still needs a lot more tweaking.
The front of the hair looks a bit wierd, but nice job. Maybe it's just me, but usually Cel-shading works with sharper edges on the shadows? other than that it looks prof ^^

hypercam
hypersnap
all kinds of cool stuff where you learn cool things, what program is this?

I made it with a program called 3D Studio Max. It allows you to do 3d models and animations. Pretty much create whatever you want.
