@Mrsbayleebieber make sure you go to the start menu and type in "notepad" open notepad and paste the code in. Go to file-save as and save it as RUN.bar caps and everything

windows 7 has a feature where it hides the extension of the file, therefore the extension within the name is unnecessary.

simply make sure that the .jar file says "craftbukkit" and not "craftbukkit.jar"
