@EMOssY112233 not necessarily, its never too late. I mean, u might have an advantage if u start earlier... Im 12 and ive been dancing for 9 or 10 yrs, but until ur about 7 or 8 you dont do anything!! Haha :) dance is my passion, so id definitely give it a shot.

@Nayah2134 well ballet will give you the technique for lyrical, so i think you should start off with ballet and get your technique down then start with lyrical! That way you can look more graceful when you dance because you will know what you are doing :) hope that helps! Good luck!

@logansalas2014 I'm a dancer and the a la seconde turns take core strength and leg strength and flexibility. If you already have both, I still recommend starting with pirouettes and moving on to a la seconde, and later fouettes

@danceluvher no no not at all you just have to keep your balance and not go to fast. i just learned how to do a la seconds (those were the spins (: ) and they're not that bad. and if you are just now starting you may want to start at a lower level just like i did to learn all the steps to them. cause if you go striaight t a higher leval they will just expect you to know them. hope this helped. btw i'm a lyrical dancer. lol

@pinkgirl19976 don't give up! I've been dancing since I was three but I've moved all over the world and so have never stuck to one studio. Its hard to c atch up when I come to a new place but the important thing is to keep trying. :)
