I am only a beginner and only was learning two forms.

Maybe somebody else has the other forms.

This is the Taiji Meihua Mantis Style one of the famous styles of Mantis fist in Qingdao, Shandong, China.

It has components of kicking, punching, Qin-na grabbing, and throwing.

This form must be The second route, not the third.

And I don't know why Grandmaster Liu did it less several actions.
