  • Hugo, i always thought that upright rows were for traps. Is that wrong?

  • @Dizzeegaskell No, you are not wrong. It depends on how you do them. If you keep your hands close together as you lift the dumbbells, there is more trap involvement. With hands wider apart (like the way I do it) you maximize side delt development while still involving the traps to a large degree.

  • The range of motion for the shoulder press looks a little small. Should you not press the dumbbells up more?

  • @dmahon1980 I like this range of motion since it leaves constant tension on the shoulders...also, in this way, I minimize triceps involvement. Try it out and let me know how it works for you.
