I think this is mixer is stupid the touch screen has terrible control, mixing in different frequncies.... wtf..... you have the bass/mid/high thats all you need. midi mode = shit .. not very ethical to be banging a glass screen... this is something for the bedroom wannabee's out there. If anything you guys should work on it would be to improove the cross fader (curve).. going from a ttm57sl (9/10) mixer to a djm800 (7/10) is like a downgrade.. djm2000 (3/10) Terrible design .Goodluck with sales

You could do this easily with 3 channels just using your eq. If you didn't do that... You were simply not a good mixing dj in the past.

This just adds a little simplicity and 7 channels instead of 3.

So be it. Not a revoluation at all. If anything, an evolution.

And besides, in 1999 there was a mixer with 3 crossfaders introduced: one for bass, one for mids and one for highs.

That didn't evolve the mixers, so why should this?

1:25, 2:11, 2:18, 2:25, 2:28, 2:31 and especially at 2:35. It seems like he corrects everything at 2:37.

I have to wonder how responsive the touch screen is. As good as an iPod touch/iPhone? It's clear that the sliders stick at the neutral position which could get annoying. But I'm sure they could remove that in a setting. The whole idea seems amazing but if the touch screen isn't top notch, I'll stick to my DJM-800.

What about the analog output when talking about the eq-problems the djm-800 still has (digital artifacting) and what about the clicks in rotating the effects knob while ON. Still isn't fixed. I bet for 200 bucks, that it's still not fixed in this mixer.
