Fly two planes into to buildings, killing 3,000 Americans, and you have terrorist act. Kill hundreds of thousands of civilians using sanctions - now that is just good foreign policy.
@7jerryv7 100% agree !!! Its just so sad! Why people have to do things that are so crazy? Sure there have thier reasons but still; how fucked up can you be? People who make policy like that just lost every humanity.
BUT when you study history you see that the power is with the people. And on long term truth and freedom prevale.

@th3Archit3kt I disagree. In the US colonies there were 5 major metropolitan areas with 500 people owning most of the capital. 10-12 people owned about 80% of New York. They got the land through royal decree. As Madison said those that own the country should rule the country.
The US is so corrupt it is not even a capitalist nation. Profits are private. Risk, however, is public. This is paid for by a regressive tax system.
This is why the US needs a real revolution - by the people.
@7jerryv7 i dont see where we disagree. I just said history shows that every system oppression where overcome by the people in the end. Our limited rights come from struggles in the past. The system from today is already showing cracks. I also think that the answers will maybe not come from us. Maybe the us empire falls or we get a super oil crises or we just nuke each other or whatever.....nobody knows.......
so lets give up on hope like wody alan once said and start to do something about it
@th3Archit3kt The rights that Americans have are rather superficial - that we agree on. Real wages have declined and benefits have been cut. I agree that words are not enough and Americans need to band together to gain their rights.
Was this made during Clinton's administration? Is that when these sanctions took place?

Even GWB admitted Iraq/Saddam Hussein bore no culpability for the 9/11 attacks. Pariah nation status beckons, America pals.
