well, there are others who prefer gaining mass. i prefer to work on increasing the percentage of muscle fiber i recruit. id be lying if i didn't care for the aesthetic and cosmetic aspect of it, but i value endurance, flexibility, and explosiveness over being "ripped". there are those in olympic weightlifting putting up three times their BW over their heads. i have yet to see a 300 pound bodybuilder c & j ing 900 pounds.
Nope...the talent pool in China is so large, that it's hard to say who will continue. If he can continue to win this competition that they have in China every 4 years, then they'll be able to continue in the Olys
Great sacrifice for this, glad it was worth it for him.
