Hydrogen doesn't "blow up". It burns. And it burns well, and clean. You can feed hydrogen directly into a carburetor and run a car off of it. In SC4 it is the best power plant you can get. (I don't think they have fusion power plants.)

Lol the capital of my current new region (City's name: Little Shore - Pop.: 161,000) used to run on Nuclear power (I had 2 plants) and it was pretty cool cuz it doesn't pollute, I didn't have any meltdowns, only needed 2 plants, and if I was bored I could have fun by creating meltdowns. I remember I used to have my capital city Jukelai run on nuclear power and then one day there was a melt down for absolutely no reason that caused just over 1/4 of the city to become a dead zone! All nuclear fission does is spilts atoms in half making heat, that heat boils water, that water makes steam, steam hits a turbine generator, then electricity is sent throughout the city! A Nuclear bomb has TNT explosives and uranium highly enriched placed to create a implosion... So don't tell me that a nuclear power plant can explode. Chernobyl was not a explosion, just a release of radioactive waste due to shitty russian engineers and a corroded reactor shell.

No,it was actually caused by a group of unexperienced young worker which undergoes a training which gone very wrong.They raised too many rods that caused the the reactor to become so unstable,it finally exploded.

I think it goes without saying that no matter how good your PC is, SimCity 4 will always struggle a little bit, specifically when jumping around and zooming in and out a lot. It's really not so much PC hardware anymore, but rather the engine its built off of.

Amazing game, but could do with a few sexy patches here and there. =P
