Everyone thought that Jay Bruce was going to be an MVP type candidate when he was first called up. A .260 sure does look like it. Evan is consistant enough and can obviously produce better than Bruce can.

bruce has cooled down considerably hitting .260 with 11 HR and 30 RBI but longgoria is hitting .278 with 22 HR and 78 RBI. And Longoria is about 2 years younger then bruce...So I believe Longoria will be better than Bruce
