suitcase deadlifts are awesome great for strengthening the core, grip, legs, back etc and since it work you unilaterally its great for bringing up the weaker side.
First off congratulations on developing super strength Maidenfan. Now that that is out of the way i was wondering where you got your ideas from i have been following Steve Justa and Brooks D. Kubik for about 8 months now and its refreshing to see someone using similar training exercises. If you haven't already then give the farmers walk a go i don't think you'll be disappointed.
You not only have big, usefull muscles, but I notice that you also have a big intellect.
It takes a lot of creativity and understanding of muscular structure to be able to develop these exercises which are safe, practical, and build a lot of hard core muscles.
Excellent job, please keep adding more of your results to youtube; and even better, write a book.
Good job..and great music too...Metal gods forever.

Most of my lifting was inspired by Brook's book and others too.

The title doesn't do you justice. A suitecase won't have the spinning of the bar like this has.
Very impressive lift!!!
