i strongly disagree about that third party cymbal, i ordered it and couldn't stand it. It's too loud, about as loud as the ion cymbals and sensitivity is average. Save your money and get pintech's much better quality and quieter.

if you use it on that pad? yes but considering its cost, you may have issues with missed or double hits. if you have an electric kit you can hook the whole thing with guitar hero with a midi-midi cable. send me a message if you want to do this, i helped a bunch of people do it so far

the definatly improve the kit, not hinder it.. if they are anything like the harmonix liscenced pads, you just stick them on like a normal sticker overtop the heads, they add rebound and defen the sound (the sticky part actually doesn't wear, i've been using pads like those skulls on my kit for 5 months,m same set)

The Destroyer is also a REALLY nice pedal. The classic DOES NOT work with GHWT though. You have to get the "D" series pedals. They are about $120.00 for the setup, which is $50.00 more then this pedal. Both have their goods and bads.
