Is the motor in the back wheel or a Cyclone kit ?

The motor is in the back wheel. It is very difficult to mount cyclone kit on this TEAM velo. This is due to location of the boom is enclosed. The first approach that we had is to install EcoSpeed, it just doesn't work with this. We went with MegaMotion kit, it works perfect in the configuration, it is fast and with good torque, wonderful to ride!

Can you pedal and use the motor at the same time? Say if you were going up a hill, could you flick on the motor for some assistance?

yes, the pedal and the motor is total Independence each other.

The top speed without pedal is about 40 - 45km/h on flat. with MegaMotion kit 400w high rpm geared motor in 20 wheel, combine with 48v 10Ah lithium polymer battery (light weight).
