Hey man. He was actually "backing it in" there, he was trying to see how close he coul get to it. SCR stands for "Sacramento Crotch Rockets" :)

Lol, I haven't known anyone to see how close they can get to the guard rail before, so I assumed the worst.

I figured out what SCR stood for after I went digging on google, I figured it must be a riding group. Nice site and general forum personalities. Wish my riding group was a little less arrogant.
