Sólo para conocedores: La Liberation Music Orchestra, interpretando "Rabo de Nube" de Silvio Rodríguez. Pura miel, riquísimo. Díganme, que banda de jazz interpreta a Silvio, sólo ellos. Escuchar a Wyatt en su silla de ruedas y cantando en español a Silvio me enterneció hasta las lágrimas. Grandes.

I didn't make it to this show unfortunately. My limited funds meant I had to choose between Haden and Ornette. So I went to Ornette the next day. But I did meet Robert Wyatt outside the South Bank and asked him about how this gig went. He said he was really nervous, but he needn't have been. It's wonderful. Meeting Wyatt made my day, but I wish I'd been able to see him live!

I was at this wonderful gig . Awesome musicians, and so great to see one of my heroes Robert Wyatt performing. While he was on stage I was thinking of his long musical history. By the way, I was at the following nights gig also and noticed Robert Wyatt (in one of the upstairs box seats) enjoying Ornette Coleman's performance . Thanks for uploading this DarkGlassly!
