why do you have your hand out like that? I can ride a wheelie with both hands on the bars for as long as I want, a unicycle is great training for wheelies.
You obviously don't take your road bike seriously! Road bikes should never leave the ground! Maybe u have a cheap entry level bike? Ride a racer serious bro, Take care of those components! live strong!
i was popping wheelies on my track bike one day, clipped in... on one of them i went a little too far back, and in a spectacular turn of events i unclipped just in the nick of time, went sliding across the velodrome still hanging onto the bars and proceeded to jump back on
