half a tylenol 3 ..wow !!! I was on 80s for my endometriosis and have had 16 surgeries and then finally a hysterectomy for it . and what a waste of my time that was . I feel your pain but you may need to go on something stronger .
@pornoslut - I've tried everything up to Dilaudid and back again. Most have horrible side effects for me. Tylenol 3 is the only thing that doesn't give me immediately horrible side effects. I start out with half pills every 3 hours and move up to 1-2 pills at a time, depending on how bad the pain gets.
Ugh, I really understand what your going through here.. .sadly I'm not a diagnosed ENDO. But, I'm having bad suspicions that's what I have. (The doctors are just ignoring me atm). I have these kinds of pains pretty much every period now, though, sometimes life is nice and they respond to pain killers. I just want you to know that I really want to hug you after watching it. Not for sympathy, but, as a companion.
@RikkisInsanity - Hi! Even if you are not offiicially diagnosed, definitely see a specialist. If a GYN suspects endo, then go with it for now until you can work up the courage to get the surgery. I knew since 1996 that i had endo after I went to a GYN about the pain and he said I hit every symptom in the book for endo. You know your body better than any doctor. If you suspect endo, read up on it, read up on other gyn issues too, compare notes against your symptoms, and begin holistic treatment.
When that doesn't work, I end up in the ER (as I'm sure you have experienced as well). I hope that you are feeling better!! I don't go on youtube very much, so I don't know how this works, but definitely find me on FB! All of us endo girls need to stick together and share stories and info! Also- I can recommend a FABULOUS heating pad, which is very heavy and gets SUPER hot! It is very large, so it can wrap around your tummy AND your back! It is my best friend! :) xoxo
Hey Stephanie. I just came across some of your videos. I can TOTALLY relate to this! Are you on Facebook? If you are, please find me! Have you ever tried vicoprofen for the pain? I find that it works better than anything else because the vicodin works its magic, and then the ibuprofen reduces the swelling. STILL- go through about 13 of them in the first 24 hours of my period, and that doesn't even get me out of pain...it just makes it somewhat bearable.
Guess what Steph?I changed my doctors so I'm praying that I start getting the help I need I hope you're doing ok:)
