Overpriced crap coffee for pretentious morons who have no taste in coffee. Buy yourselves a coffee machine and save yourself a fortune, while you'll also be drinking much better quality coffee.
It's eSSpresso, not eXpresso. I was expecting bad things, since it's FOX News, but this was worse beyond my imagination.
Seriously, Fox News lady, if you can't come to terms with not getting a cup of coffee for three frickin' minutes, you need to get your life checked out.
THANK YOU! all this shit about it being a publicity stunt is a bunch of bullshit. think about it: on average 18 employees per store. multiply that by three hours. multiply that by $8.10 an hour (bear minimal that each partner is payed). then multiply that by 7,100. You get over $3,000,000.00 that the company is paying JUST for employees to be there. that's a fucking expensive ass "publicity stunt", no?
i know. we have a drive thru, so we parked a car blocking off the entrance. i kid you not, several cars sat there and honked at for several minutes until they realized it was empty. and mind you it was dark out and no headlights on on the car we parked. people are so brilliant.
Apart from the customers who made a fuss, we had to deal with a couple of news reporters that were essentially parked outside the store; interviewing people that came in and out (since they didn't have clearance with media relations to come into the store and conduct interviews with the partners...at least that's what they wanted to do first...)
Even now, I'm still getting the "so is everyone re-trained now?" questions from customers. Maddening, I tell ya.
wow... that's frustrating. i can't believe people are so fussy over 3 hours. i keep getting the same questions, along with variations on it such as "so, if i got to a starbucks are the drinks still gonna suck?" and so on.

seriously three hours? calm down lady..
and dont compare west coast sbux vs. ny partners... the service is CRAAAAP.
i am glad that we were retrained.
p.s. theres no such thing as mocha latte.

your perception of crap service has to do with the culture your in. NY is generally more faced paced, then the west coast lifestyle.
my idea of crap service, is inane chatter to pass the time, while my drink is being made.
my idea of great service is a hello, how are you, heres your drink, see you tomorrow.
although when i've been to west coast sbux, i take into account the culture that's around me.

That's supposed to say three hours, but it still remains the same ideal.
Oh boo hoo, you can't get your eggnog latte. Get a frickin' grip.

No problem, it's what I wanted to say all day yesterday to the customers who got annoyed about us closing early. :)

My goodness. That's just sad.
