    should lift really heavy with low reps like 8 6 4 to gain muscle

  • Did this one today. Have also done the shoulders/traps and back/triceps routines in my previous 2 workouts. Definitely feeling a lasting burn from all those! Jesus!

    I am wondering about when it might be ok to throw in some 5x5 sessions as I like to keep up with the heavier stuff too.

  • question... would this be as effective if training alone and using dumbbells just drop them and pick up another set and also machines where i can just drop the pin or is a barbell/ smith machine a better option
