I am wondering about when it might be ok to throw in some 5x5 sessions as I like to keep up with the heavier stuff too.
Ive just found this and find Robert very interesting to watch and im eager to try these methods. but the guy he is training pulls some of the craziest facials ever!!
i would like to know how many weeks u can do this excercise cicle and also at the end u can tell me what should improve ? whether the muscle ? or the strenght ? and also at the end of this cicle u sholu go into a pyramid routine again? thanks if u can answer me u very kind
question... would this be as effective if training alone and using dumbbells just drop them and pick up another set and also machines where i can just drop the pin or is a barbell/ smith machine a better option

should lift really heavy with low reps like 8 6 4 to gain muscle

After the first set and the superset..do you decrease the weight and pyramid up again for the 2nd and 3rd sets?
