  • straps are for babies man... don't use them if you want a strong grip. a strong grip is very masculine pal and size without strength is useless

  • dam delts from hell. of course, make them even bigger.

    but one very important note:

    BREATHE! you're holding your breath man and that is very bad. breathe in to start, then exhale on the contraction.

  • that will thicken you up..another good look at the delts too, nice striations

  • Do not forget to practice your mandatory poses in front of a mirror to see which angles showcase your physique better!!!!
