  • When I saw the live once (many times) Plant said, "John Paul Jones and his organ ! The organ of John Paul Jones ! ".

    heheheh

  • I love love love loveee this songggggggg_:

  • OH LORD JPJ

that organ!!! you don't know what it's doing to me

  • @shmadsta he is phenomenal..

  • The listenership is low; I may to roll this one 39.000 more times...I don't mind a bit.

  • At the time I watched this video, it had NO dislikes! Thanks for posting wpepie!

  • i absolutely love this song

  • It's on physical rarities. It's great.

  • Didn't they find this recording in a dumpster when cleaning a studio or something? his song was suppose to be on the first album right?

  • thanks for posting, i never had hear this song before. i thought all the unrealesed outtakes was included on the CODA-Vinyll ...

  • Is there any doubt that the Zeppelin was the greatest band ever?

  • Great song! They need to release a "Coda Vol. 2" with this song on it and 'Hey, Hey What Can I Do" and any other unreleased tracks.

  • Zeppelin just hasd an understanding of music you cant find anymore

  • This was recorded during sessions for LZ debut album but remained unreleased until 1993, when it was included on the compilation Boxed Set 2.

The master tape went missing for a number of years and allegedly turned up in a refuse bin outside Olympic Studios in 1991. It was mixed by Mike Fraser for a much belated release in 1993, with a single to promote the Boxed Set 2. Robert commeted that maybe it should have stayed in the trash. I always liked it.

  • oh god how i love this song.

  • I HEARD THIS SONG SINCE 1995...WHEN MY COUSIN BRING HIS CD TO MY HOUSE....AND I ASK HIM WHICH ALBUM... HE SAID UNRELEASED SONG....

  • @mang1011 lol

  • never heard this before today (7/23/11),shame on me....

  • i like jonesy like this, with no unnesiceary keyboards like in their last album wich created an hell gate to the 80s.

  • @Cliner98 It is a Bonus track on the Compact disc edition which was released in 1993.

  • @wpepie can you find that edition somewhere on the internet?

  • @MusicFromBelgium Yes of course, go to cduniverse and search for the title Coda. It's pretty expensive but trust me, you won't be sorry!

  • @wpepie Ok, thanks a lot! thanks for uploading the whole album too, i really like it

  • @wpepie It's only a bonus track on the boxset version of Cods. The '94 standalone cd version does not have this song. Rhino should re-release Coda with the song on a non-boxset version of Coda.

  • @wpepie Actually it is only available on the Complete Led Zeppelin 10 Disc collection. This was one of fours bonus songs included in Coda.

  • @club2235...Oh, Zeppelin has some iffy songs (D'Yer Mak'er for one). But overall the strength of their output is incredible.

I love Zep, but I still say Houses of the Holy was a weak album held up, ironically, by two of their greatest songs: The Rain Song and No Quarter.

Best thing about Zeppelin? They did not care what anyone thought when they were making an album. Sure, negative reviews in the day hurt, but when making their music they made their own rules. Country to folk to hard rock.

  • @TheProudWhite Why do many Led Zep fans diss D'yer Mak'er? I thought it was a good song. Houses of the Holy was a great album. Over the Hills and Far Away is just amazing, same to The Song Remains the Same and Dancing days.

  • again and again the best and tastiest zep for efficionadios. No wannabees here

either Zep or Pez it's up to you!

  • i am the biggest zep freak there is, saw them in oakland, 1977 sunday, the last show ever in america, this is my first time hearing this song, really good, but rumour has it that the vocals were added during the "in thru the out door" sessions,... it dont matter, zep rules now and forever.

  • Please enlighten me. When was this album released and is John Bonham playing on the entire album? I have never heard any songs from this album until today. I love this song though.

  • @speakwhnspkn2 THIS WAS RELEASED IN 1982...THE WORD "CODA" REFERS TO A MUSICAL PASSAGE THAT ENDS A MUSICAL PIECE THAT FOLLOWS THE MAIN BODY OF WORK. THE ALBUM CONSISTS OF OUTTAKES COLLECTED OVER ZEPPELINS 12 YEARS AS AN ACTIVE BAND. BONHAM PLAYS ON THE ENTIRE ALBUM. AS WITH ALL ZEP WORK, IT IS BRILLIANT.

  • @pmdnyc I am a musician myself. So I know what a coda is. Thank you though for the music lesson. lol.

  • @speakwhnspkn2 Bonan died before this album was released. He never really even heard the finished songs as you have them in the Coda album. What happened was, they used many of John's unused drum tracks that were around to make this Album. If you listen to any song from any other Led Zep album, the drums don't sound so deep as in all the songs from Coda. That's because most of the tracks here were recorded off studio. They have to be heavily edited/cleaned before using them for this album.

  • @mel577 .. Actually not true... These were just all unreleased tracks that they held onto that didn't fit onto any of the albums they were working on. They figured if so many people were interested and bootlegging all of these tracks anyway they might as well release them on an album. Bonham did die before this album was released though.

  • This is the kind of Song that makes Zeppelin Great. Not Immigrant song or Whole Lotta Love or even Stairway or Achilles - there were others who could have done that.

This is their genious as it should be shown. Unfortunately these songs were totally underrated to those mentioned above. They shouldn't be. This is better.

  • Pure Blues song here.

  • Grab the audio from this song at searchripgrab doht cohm.

  • 3:18 you can here john bonham's famous right foot its sounds like hes useing a double bass but he's only using 1 foot best drummer ever rip bonzo !

  • Coda was of my all time favorite albums

  • AWESOME!!! One of my favorites. Thanks for posting!!!

  • Not a single song of this band is wrong !

  • @club2235 ya, i agree

Though I'm not found of Dyer Maker

    And Hog Dog's kinda cheesy

    I still like them

  • @haddtyl Hot Dog is amazing ! D;

  • @haddtyl at least you liek them don't blame u fgor hotdog but i liek that one but cmon dyer maker? ur just not feeling it i LOVE that song so much

  • @p3p76 Not feeling it? wtf are you talking about you dumbass if he doesnt like D'yer Maker that doesnt mean he's not feeling it, its up to personal taste you JackAss accusing him of not feeling his music cause he doesnt like a song.

  • @LukJahar agreed man u shouldnt critisice other people on their taste of music, thats like those ignorant fags that r like justin beiber is a fag, he needs 2 hit puberty, n shit like that. No i dont like justin beibers music, but hes gotta be doin sumthin right, cus hes makin millions, so it whatever

  • @LedZeppelin420x In my opinion, he ain't doin anything right, he's just mainstream and the girls think he's hot.

  • @LedZeppelin420x Why do so many people commat about Justin Bieber on Zeppelin videos? But still I agree with you. Justin Bieber doesn't bother us, so why should we bother him/Justin Bieber fans? We only argue because we want our favorite bands to be the most popular, but that's not going to happen exactly BECAUSE there are Justin Bieber fans, as there are Led Zeppelin fans. LZ is still popular 30 years after Bonzo's death. Not as popular as JB, but in the big picture, LZ is more popular.

  • @CMD9889 Justin Bieber will be forgotten and strung out on crack in five years. Led Zeppelin have already achieved what he is trying to, but will never achieve; immortality.

  • @club2235 Indeed!!!

  • @club2235

thats damm right ! Led Zep Rule !
