"I.Q. tests"? Oh, what folly! A man's intellect can be determined (with a number assigned) based solely on his answers to a collection of inane questions? One must have enormous faith in collectivism to measure the intangible, ideogenetic id.

Random, you are smart because of the lottery. Don't put too much stock into how fast you can process answers to a problem, or how much trivial knowledge you can store in your mind; because random events cannot be predicted and tomorrow you could die; so fuck your IQ, and go live life before some tractor trailer rear ends your car, and you are engulfed by flames.

Whatever IQ measures within its meaningless methods and outcomes is no match for true intelligence. History and time attests to its complete meaninglessness. When you place the advent of the IQ concept in the totality of the historical time scale it barely registers. And the future will discount it as nothing more than a primitive mind set springing from a backward system of classification and a remnant of 20th century nonsense. IQ will go the way of electroshock and craniology.

IQ gauges intelligence potential not true intelligence. For example if a kid gets a 150 on their IQ test then they may put them in a higher level class for an undetermined period of time to "test the waters" so to speak, and if they do well in that environment then that is where they should be placed and if they don't do well then they would be placed in the level of their age group. I don't think it will go the way of electroshock but will stay until replaced.

I believe IQ as a concept and as a psychometric application of socialization with the intention of buttressing hierarchical systems within Anglo-American society is in fact doomed to fail. This is because all systems that seek to dehumanize a large portion of the human population eventually fall. Human intelligence prevails, it prevails in spite of direct frauds directed against it, frauds such as quantification of HUMAN intelligence. Academia is a pillar of stratification.

By implication only certain races and classes are supposedly superior in intelligence as demonstrated in IQ statistics as established by the creator of such things, Academia. Looking at the history of dehumanization as effected by the very effective systems of classifications of classes and races then we see masses of people forced into poverty, socially despised as being inferior--the first justification for such insults against these people is the mark of low intelligence.

IQ testing has no link to dehumanization because it does not make people seem less human, it doesn't have a link to poverty levels because people who haven't taken an IQ test before could be economically below the poverty line. The fact of the matter is that IQ testing shows intellectual potential, it can then be sorted into race, economic status, place of living, and many other areas, these can then can combined into sociological and psychological data. you can't account for human nature.

It has a direct link to social stratification which is a dehumanizing element; these fall under the umbrella of an economic system of super rich elites and the masses of poor or what you understand as wall street capitalism. Charles Murray himself in the bell curve talks of a cognitive elite as the leaders in world systems. This all serves as instruments of individual humiliation--it is a direct assault on the integrity of the individual everywhere. It is high arrogance.

By that argument any institution that uses any form of generalization is dehumanizing. Any institutional practice that uses generalized data compiling is inherently going to have some degree of dehumanization. IQ testing is used in the institution of education to compile data and find an average it is also used in sociology in the same way. They are inherently dehumanizing and it is impossible to avoid when you are doing it on such a large scale.

IQ is a construct for the purpose of proving the inferior mental capacity of ethnic groups in order to maintain dominance of the race currently in power. It is in essence a con which has its uses in measuring how much academic schooling a person has; after that it has no basis as the supposed grail of human intelligence. It serves to diminish the will and confidence of other races living within the society of the socioeconomically dominant group--IQ is part of the strangle hold.

without a proper education and everything, I still passed the standard tests every single year, but they kept holding me back then everyone abused me, and I got "distracted."

My IQ was obviously above average every single time, but there was a difference in my IQ, as I don't have a penis, that they could hone in on and they tried to say that I then had behavior problems from there. They did the same thing to a kid who studied college algebra in third grade and made him postal.

I always made slightly above average and they kept coming at me. I started way above everyone, and they kept coming, coming, coming.  I won every award in kindergarten and 1st grade. I won all the projects and poetry awards and everything, and they destroyed me.
