  • For a matte finish do i leave out the last few steps?

  • do you really need to clean out your pc? because by the time you put everything together the paint was already dry.

  • hey buy gaming parts for the awesome case

  • where is the window

  • Where did you get the 10 dollar orbital buffer?

  • Anyone else feel like Keanu Reeve's little brother just showed you how to paint a case?

Haha good vids overall, except for those deep ass pits in the front bezel... and the fact that he said 'dinostaur' in the first vid xD

  • WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAX

  • Awesome video! Thanks a lot man

  • Look at all the places he screwed up where he used bondo..you would this a guy that KNOWS what he's doing would have fixed them....

  • What's up with the traditional Aussie Music?

  • Tony are u wet sanding the plastic parts 2?

  • its this protective without the clear coat?

  • @z34gtp9395 -I'm sure he was just knocking it out fast, for tutorial purposes.

  • thanks, great tut series. This was a great help.If your doing a matt clear coat is the process the same?

  • This is really well made and nice tutorial and that case is just awesome. Except one thing- you've fucked up a front part so there're some little holes that can be seen around 1:17 but hey! it's just a tutorial :) Well done and thank you. Best regards, Greg

  • Way to go man very nifty stuff

  • Yo Tony,

How much do you guys charge for air brushing computer cases? My case is quite a bit larger than the one here, and I would definatley want a much more complex design.

    Thanks Man

  • Song?

  • How do you know when to start buffing?

I airbrushed an electric guitar and wet sanded it down to 1500 grit.

It looks foggy now , do I let it dry for a day or two now? I rattle canned clear

coated it again to make it shiny again, not sure if its suppose to get cloudy after

the 1500 grit. Then how long before buffing?

  • Hey! What an awesome video this was, i checked all the parts from 1 to 4 and all i can say is that you are amazing.

    5/5!

  • Fantastic videos! I've learned somevery nice techniques and methods. Thanks Tony !

  • why you whispering for you sound like a faggot

  • I love this video! Thank you for the trick that made me able to complete my project!

Hm, I was thinking if you could make a video about 'how' you spray basecoat and clearcoat. You say you give it 2-3 layers or something, but to you sand in between?

  • all series was great, but your bondo skills could be better - i saw huge holes near "what used to be" floppy hole, that is messing up such a nice paintjob, but anyway 5*

  • hey tony, what kind of video editing program do u use?

  • Great as ever

  • wow. that looks AMAAZING dude!

  • Very very very nice video!!

    10/5 *

Remeber, Keep the Godd Work Up ! :D

  • You guys have the best tutorial-type airbrush videos. Thanks for bringing confidence to us newbies!! ...More vids, please =D

  • Motion Seconded!

  • Thanks man.

  • Tony, You gotta get this stuff on a DVD so I can get it in a complete box or something! It's very good stuff! Thank you.

  • TonyD, thank you for your videos. Will you do one for full-face helmet? Are you ex military?

  • Your videos have to be some of the best on the net. I'm finally using that airbrush I got yearago. Thanks and keep up the great work.

  • sweeeet :>

  • really cool :D you actually making it on a computer or just an example? cuz none is watching the comp anyway xD all watching the screen

  • I just killed my subscription!

  • wat was the point of the carbon fiber u put on it

  • It was to fill the hole where the 3.5 drive used to be.

  • A few missed spots with the bondo; but the overall feel of the tutorial vids was really awesome, and the final product was outstanding. I might do something like this on a banged up coolermaster cosmos case i picked up for $50. Nice vid :]

  • As Tony explained, this series was kind of rushed. He focused more on the painting, wetsanding, and buffing techniques more than filling holes. Another great video, man. Come on over and join us though.. theairbrushforum(dot)com

  • Hey tony You shud sell thatstuff on ebay I would but it.

  • Thanks Tony,

I wish you made this series sooner...I recently painted a PS2 and a GameCube and it was a Bitch! Now I'm thinking of just shredding off the design and starting all over again with these tricks to make it look better!

  • that was a great series, keep em coming!

  • Great job............

  • Missed a lot of spots with the bondo...

  • Yeah.....You noticed.... I jammed through this project pretty fast.

    TD

  • That is the only bad thing i can tell about the case mod. Why didn't you fill the holes before the primer... it wasn't to hard to be done...

The paint job is killer. ;)

  • is it just me or does the front cover look like it has chips in it that werent bondo'd proply?

  • Theyre pits in the Bondo, dont think Tony was too worried about them for a demo on an old AT style tower case. If you were doing your own you would use spot filler (red heavy pigment in a tube you spread and sand after Bondo to fill bubbles pits and scratches) before you prime, or use filling primer sanding in between, same as you 'd do for cosmetics on a car body repair. Despite those front blemishes it came out althogether great.

  • Yeah, he's absolutely right. You can really get into the weeds of finishing and making sure everything is completely smooth before paint.

    TD

  • me what 1

  • i tlooks amazing :) thanks

  • very nice

  • Geat JOB !!!!!! XD XD
