While I agree she probably rolls more than is necessary, it shows the blue player sliding in after the ball has been played, and catches her on the ankle of her standing foot. No contact with ball + full contact with player = foul. It's easy to get a nasty injury when you get fouled like that when you're studs are in the ground, easy way to snap an ankle as ever there has been
